Just saw the results from yesterday. Aaaw dang, man. Well, it was inevitable, like 80% of the most well known people at AP were rooting for Makino lol, it was impossible to keep up.

S'ok, at least i've done my first hardcore campaigning since I joined AP. I'll be back for next year~ :o

Actually, I wasn't planning on campaigning for Makino, but when I thought of that comic idea, I had to draw it and then I somehow ended up helping the Makino supporters.

Goddamnitall! The first time my internet goes down since I got it a year ago, I miss out on the one match I was really pumped for. I had some great pics lined up for the Makino vs Dragon match and now I'll never get to use them. Beaten by some barmaid bint who lets a kid in a pub/gets their hands on knives to stab their faces with/hang around with pirates whether or not they seem to pose a threat of any kind (they're pirates. How's she to know that they won't take umbrage to something the kid says, or be so irresponsible as to leave poison around that he might accidentally eat. Fair enough, it was a Devil Fruit instead but it wouldn't have been a happy ending if it had been something quite different in the box). Ugh!

Ah, sorry, sorry. ^.^; I read a bit more sarcasm into your post than I probably should have. And while there are one or two I might term 'cute' (Little Luffy being a cute kid, after all) I wouldn't say they all were. Mostly just 'Dad' pictures and perhaps one sexy one. Wish there were more badass (dadass?) ones of him out there, but not enough, not enough. XD
Ah well, I'll have them ready for next year at least!

I'm pretty sure Kizaru wasn't superhype since he got like minimum amount of fans. Also, he is not that popular in Arlong Park, which is pretty much the reason why Luffy is going to rape the match. More sad face :sad::sad::sad:

I thought Kizaru was based off a Japanese actor? And my god, I'd love Makino vs. Robin to watch her get crushed. Robin that is. Last year was horrible. Practically nobody bothered to campaign for her until Usopp vs. Robin.
