Although, the fact that Arlong was beaten by some no-name pirate in the weakest sea without fulfilling even a third of his goal is somewhat contemptuous…
Either way, though, I would say that he was far better than Hodi, in terms of sheer management skills.
And yeah, this should be closed in about 3...2...1...
