I don't even know why I mentioned Apis! She was just a filler character in an pointless arc that delayed the entrance into the Grand Line. Johnny and Yosaku were pretty amusing, though.

I did a search, and there wasn't one. I haven't seen Water Seven, so I don't know about Paulie. For my favorite, I'd have to chose Vivi or Ace.
