Zoro's fights are undeniabelly the coolest fights to watch in the series.
Luffy's best fight was against Lucci, it was just pure awesomeness. I admit Lucci looked better in his human form.
Zoro vs Ryuma is so underrated. It was short and badass from the begining to the end.
Zoro vs Kaku is so overrated. It starts badass but it is comical during the middle and ends up decent at the end.
Zoro vs mr1 is a classic for me. Pure Zoro style.
My favourite is indeed Zoro vs Mihawk because you don't get to see adult Zoro crying often. Overrall, the episode was filled with emotion and expectations.

Zoro vs Daz Bones (maybe one of my all-time favorites?)
Nami vs Paula (this is one of those one-sided-in-the-beginning fights that I like)
Usopp vs Luffy (Yeah, I loved this in the anime too)
Sanji vs Jyabura (my favorite in all CP9 battles)
Chopper & Usopp vs Mr. 4 & Ms. Merry Xmas (Gotta love those x-ray vision of Usopp's broken nose)
Robin vs Yama (yeah, I thought Robin did good in there)
