I noticed a translation mistake in page 18
Mangastream has it totally opposite of what Nami said.
In the original script (and what I can make out of the Japanese cam pic of the page, although the stupid watermark is hiding half of it), Nami is worried that Zoro and others will piss off Hodi.
However in the translation by mangastream, it says exactly opposite of that, Nami ISN'T worried about the fact.Ah, that makes so much more sense. That part wasn't really making any sense to me.

He was called strong by **post-**TS Luffy and blocked a **post-**TS Jet Pistol without breaking a sweat. Remember how Rob Lucci couldn't block **pre-**TS Jet Pistols? Why would he not be Zoro's serious fight at this point?
But whatever, I'm not going to continue a power level discussion, but I don't get why you would think that Brooke can handle Hyouzou as things stand now.
Cause we alle know how strong Brook is?
His only fight was against Ryuuma before the Time Skip. After that we only saw a few moves of him. Mostly in combination of the other Straw Hats. Plus we haven't seen anything of his new moves at all. Who knows how strong he became.
Maybe he has gotten stronger then for example: Franky, Chopper and Robin.

Don't know why you're putting stuff in bold like you're trying to emphasize how obvious his strength is. Not like Luffy has any clue how his or the other SH strength compares to new threats or each other. We readers know even less about the weaker SH, especially Brook.
Blocking a Jet Pistol would mean more if Hodi didn't react to Zoro's Harbinger slash, something we would assume is very difficult to do. Zoro gets a little serious and things ended quickly. All I'm saying is there no reason to sell any of the SH short.

though i do agree that the scene would have been better if she weren't balling her eyes out and looked good in teh scene
I said Oda didn't try to make her look especially attractive and he didn't. If she weren't big she wouldn't stand out in a spread of multiple females at all.

Just as I thought, even Hodi alone, couldnt take down Zoro. I made a prediction that it would take both Hodi and Decker to take on Luffy alone. In reality, Hodi and Van Decker probably have better chance of defeating Luffy underwater than they do of Zoro. I knew the entire strawhat crew didn't undergo three years training for nothing! HA!
Anyway, what i didn't expected is that there are going to be some stronger opponents than Hodi. Great chapter.

I so knew this was a translation mistake ! The whole sentence seemed so corny and lame, with Hachi getting his ass kicked by Hodi's partner some chaps ago.

Thanks to Aohige and Igosuki for clearing up the mistranslations; hopefully a revised translation of the manga will be reuploaded ASAP… Those mistranslations are extremely fatal, and what else is that those lines are very critical to the plot... Very bad job from the initial translator! Everyone will be misled now.
Hopefully they can fix the translations as soon as possible.
Regarding the chapter (with correct translations) : I guess as someone else stated that Hodi is actually much more dangerous than we just saw, his arrogance and overconfidence probably led him to underestimate Zoro greatly, which resulted in that quick defeat. But I'm sure he'll be serious now that he knows Zoro's true strength… Same goes for VDD. But I'm still unsure (even though it hasn't been stated that there are stronger people) if Hodi/VDD are going to be the main villains.
Perhaps what Nami was referring to when she said that "he thinks in dangerous ways" is that he (Hodi) would be capable of destroying fishman island just for the sake of 'winning'? I.e. destroying the bubbles to let water flood in just in order to win. This could be executed in cooperation with VDD, thus fulfilling the prophecy as well.
I didn't expect SHs to go training for 2 years and then have trouble with their opponents (in actual battle) in the first arc after time skip anyway, so this approach to 'threat incurred by enemies' would actually be new and interesting, since they are strong enough to beat them 1v1 relatively easy, unlike in previous arcs.

Hacchin told me so."Tks Aohige, I am gratefull for Mangastream for doing One Piece scanlation and doing it before any other but I also always though that the translator probably doesn't like the series and just doesn't give a shit when translating it, atleast with the amount of errors they always have in the chapters.
If anyone on Mangastream is reading this like I said don't get me wrong I'm gratefull but stuff like this is plot changing, I was thinking one thing after reading the chapter and now its a completelly different story, just take a little more time getting the chapter out but try to recheck the translation to see if there aren't any errors, we can wait.

But hey, apparently there's new opponents coming, right? So there's more chance of him getting a good opponent.I srsly thought this chapter wasn't gonna be as good as the last one's, but it might even be better!

Zoro rocks! Hodi seems KO, and I like it because it would confirm that he's nothing more than a "wannabe", while the big boss(es) is someone else that we haven't seen yet. Kaimie seems to confirm that there are others who are stronger…maybe what Jimbe meant abount not fighting Hodi is "don't fight him, because if you beat him you'll trigger the real danger"

It's just that Camie never said the opposite.Neptune (when actually enraged) and the 3 Princes for one are possible viable candidates.

This has nothing to do with the chapter, but seeing Luffy and Toriko on the cover reminded me about Oda and Shimabukuro being good friends.
Oda was pisssed when Shimabukuro bashing was going on in the media when he was arrested too.
