Lucci vs. Aokiji

Lucci, decked out in his pimp coat (but without Hattori), tapped his foot impatiently in the center of the arena. His opponent was nearly a half-hour late… Lazy bastard.

At last the doors on the opposite end opened, and Aokiji made his entrance... in pajamas.

"Yo. No one told me I'd be fightin' yet, so I thought I could sleep in... Ah, well."

"You ass!" Lucci shouted, a grimace forming on his face. "Get your act together, already! For 'justice'!!!"

"Chill, man."

"... Feh."

Lucci crouched slightly, and said, "Get ready, lazy-ass. I'm about to show you what Cipher Pol -- and the World Government's 'Peak' -- is all about."

"... Again, chill, dude."

All in all, though, I'm going to have to vote Lucci, since he is delicious, unrestrained, bastard evil. Aokiji is somewhat, as well, yet he is too obscenely powerful for me to like that aspect about him, you know? Since Lucci is going to have his ass whooped, I can like him a lot more than Aokiji, who is an asshole but gets to get away with it. Lucci wears a top hat and thus bags my vote.

Plus, he's sexy…

Lucchi stats in one of the chapters, during the attack on gally-la, that if you train the Zoan type devil's fruit it can become the strongest of all devil's fruit

Strongest in PHYSICAL strength. A transformed Zoan might be able to knock out a Logia IN THEORY, but with the elemental trait of dissolving, without water or seastone, a Zoan would be fishbait.

… Of course... Just to throw this out there... Lucci's a big enough bastard that he'd CARRY seastone when he knows he's fighting a Logia.

The more I think of it, the more Ao Kiji on the water in 228 reminds me of Butch Kassidy in that scene with the bicycle riding. I rewatched the episode but I've got that damn tune stuck in my head. "Rain drops keep falling on my head…" Did anyone else get this feeling? Perhaps I am just going slowly mad.Hattori's side-kick still rocks though.

Lucci disappeared from sight to the crowd, though Aokiji easily tracked him; the ice-man hurled a freezing punch, which was replied with, "Geppou." Darting into the air, Lucci dropped his heel in the back of Aokiji's head, only to have it frozen. The CP9er "Geppou"'d backwards, skidding across the arena floor with a seething burn in his heel.

"Like I said, chill."

"… 'Soru'!! "

Again Lucci vanished, which was followed by, "Rankyaku!!!" The slicing kick harmlessly sloshed against Aokiji's reforming body, leaving Lucci with TWO frozen feet.

"You need a nice, cold beer or somethin'... Chill, already."

"I won't bow to you!!" Lucci pushed off with his wounded limbs, cracking the ice -- and his bones -- severely, lunging with a Shigan... but with something hidden in his sleeve.

The Shigan connected, as the Seastone solidified Aokiji's body.

"... !!"

"Now!! 'RANKYAKU'!!!!"

This time, however, Aokiji hopped into the air, flipping gracefully behind Lucci and drew his arm across the government worker's back; it froze the area around his spine solid, and he fell forward helplessly.

"You didn't chill. Too bad..."

Aokiji slam-kicked Lucci across the arena and through the wall, landing him unconscious outside.
