To put the audio of the anime they are discussing in the background. It doesn't have to be all that loud that it'll flood over their voices just enough to give me some reference points to what they are talking about.
The reason I listen to podcasts is so that I can occupy my time seeing something else. The anime recap doesn't allow that, I need to both see and hear what they are referring to. They managed to do it perfectly for the Strong world movie episode, so I know they've done it before. -
To restructure the pacing of the manga recap. I know some pages are more interesting than others but I find them at times where they speed through a page and then someone wishes to cover something gone past. I would also like them to get in a habit of saying "Page 4, Page 5, etc" instead of "Next page". Because with the problem in the sentence above, I often lose what they are referring to.

Get someone on their podcast who has both a keen eye and remembers a lot of the One Piece arcs. Because they all seem too busy with their personal lives that they sometimes forget things that happened just a few chapters back. And it annoyed the hell out of me that I knew the error or missing info they needed and no one corrected it.
