Extreme boredom gets you to think crazy things, I'll just improvise as I go.
With the secret of Germa 66 so close at hand I figured I would try to play around with the different options we have. I wanted to give a re-read since their introduction but I'd rather just be corrected. I think it is great Oda will try and gives us his twist on topics such as cloning(potentially) and soul transfering with the main antagonists on Whole Cake Island. The topic I wanted to debate was the following: are the Vinsmock siblings cyborgs or not? Before going at it, there is a slight chance that they are actually clones of Judge however we can leave that to another time. Why cyborgs? Three references:
1. Germa is known for their scientific prowess, so having the technology to fabricate cyborgs is not impossible.
2. The scene where Yonji is getting fixed up, also including the one where Sanji hit one of his brothers to almost no effect.
3. The lack of previous generations for the Vinsmoke, mainly no grandparents or even a hint of them.
Let's start with point three. I think it is a bit curious that the Vinsmokes being an old family, dating even to the time where Brooke was alive, has only showed a father and 5 siblings. There are an awful lot of family members missing, mainly a mother, but Judge's parents as well. I think this is somehow tied to their fall. We know that Judge does not really care to be affiliated with the World Government, this has to be, because the World Government was responsible for how they lost their land. If the comic is any clue to it, then Sora might as well be a reference to an Ancient Weapon. The government let the remaining survivors of the Vinsmokes to keep on living AND keep their royalty, in exchange for them to be wandering assassins and to serve as propaganda.
I guess the main question is, how long ago was this family around? Does Sanji's family date back to the Void Century? It all boils down to, when did they lose their homeland. The 4 nation coup has to be a hint. Yes the coup could have been a job for the World Government, that were dealing with the Revolutionaries and the Vinsmokes stepped in and solved the problem. However giving that we are talking about cyborgs, this could have extended Judge's life considerably, though I do not see Oda giving the he has was born over 600 years ago delivery.
Moving on to point number 2. This is make or break type of thing. Because we can just argue that: Yonji's fixing is something only specific to him. And that Sanji was just SUPER weak when he was a kid. The main argument about the cyborg kids is that, why is Sanji not a cyborg himself? Why would Judge not force him. To put it simple, because forcing him to do it, just shows that Sanji is weak. The idea of super soldiers and super kid soldiers is similar to what the Nazi's did during world war two with the orphanages to make new Hitler's and well, their super soldier program. As royals, their transformation if done willingly shows their determination towards Judge's plans. Ichiji and Niji accepted voluntarily, Sanji wasn't sure and Yonji just wanted to be like his older brothers and not an ugly duckling like Sanji. The rest we have seen it in flashbacks.

Moving away from that mess, it has been hinted that Big Mom and the Vinsmokes do not really like each other (at least very clearly from Judge's side). So if the end of the arc somehow pits them against each there are many ways this can go.
- Nami's involvement with Lola.
- The bomb from Fishman Island.
- Big Mom finds out what Judge really thinks of her.
However, one thing has been on my mind. What does Judge want from Big Mom. We know Linlin wants their technology, potentially to further invest on her gigantification project. But why does Judge want Big Mom's power. Her information network? I doubt even with the marriage Judge can just say: "Now, help retake North Blue!" so military potentially is a factor, but not the main factor. If Big Mom has such a great information network, maybe Judge is searching for something. I will connect this point to their kingdom's loss and the ancient weapon. Maybe Judge is searching for one of the Ancient Weapons. It wouldn't be such a bad idea to re-introduce the weapons now, given that we already have the road to Raftel revealed, but nothing has surfaced in regards to the three ancient weapons. Did I just say surfaced? Like maybe, a Poneglyph did, with my boy Jimbe and was delivered to Big Mom? Yeah something like that. Judge will see the stone, it will make him betray Big Mom.
- Boredom meter exhausted, reaching reasonable logic state.
....What did I just write?
