Question about the anime releases

Well I'm trying to look for episode 157 and the only thing I can find is either episode 156 or there are some sites with episode releases in the 200s!

What I'm wondering is how could you have episodes being released in the 200s and not have torrents of any earlier episodes? And if thats the case how come there arn't any episodes past 156 being listed? Its like the story just took one giant leap or something lol.

I know those episodes exist, cuz i've seen the episode guide, and it has the titles of every episode past 156 to like 238!

Theres gotta be something I'm missing here, so could someone please tell me.

well this is because of two different sub groups.
One is Kaizoku-Fansubs which does the episode 156, which you mentioned, these people started from the beginning and do an incredible job, they release an episode every 4-6 days ish. The second group is Gerusama, who subs episodes from about 230ish. Gerusama is only doing the latest eps of One Piece until K-F catch up. so just be patient and sit tight or read the Manga.

there are also the HK subs that has released theirs up to 206 and Hell-Fansubs who fansubbed theirs from 207 to 209 so far.

Kaizoku Fansubs is releasing the episodes in order since the beginning, they just happen to be at 156 now, 157 should be out soon. Unfortunately you just have to be patient and wait for them to be released. Trust me, it's better than watching the HK bootlegs. :) You could start reading the manga starting from the point you left off, and then pick up with Gerusama's subs.

I dun know, those Hong Kong Boot legs are becomming more and more interesting as the more desprite I become to watch my favorite one piece anime :P.

Have you ever actually seen those HK translations? You might as well just watch raw Japanese in some cases.

I've seen a raw Japanese episode that I accidently downloaded once. I thought it was subbed, and had no idea what 'Raw' meant. Watching it was kind of a test to see how much Japanese I know. Unfortunately, I could only make out a few words, though. But I could understood what was going on.

I'm still behind in watching K-f. The good thing about this short fansub hiatus is that there'll be more episodes to watch when I start again.

I'm trying to figure out how hard it would be to get torrents from people who actually keep them from Hell fan subs, but I guess I better stick to the manga cuz that would be like finding a needle in a hay stack.

Yeah I downloaded a raw episode of Naruto thinking it was just a sub episode with little sub or something but boy was I wrong. Lol I think i'm going to download my episodes in raw from now on just to watch the awesome commercials they have for the card game and for Mcdonalds. Can we say Ronald on fire while playing baseball (dead serious)!!!

Is there a website that has OP direct download?

My sister used Bit Torrent for a long time, but suddenly, the program stopped downloading things. Entirely. It started with only a few items at first, but eventually, nothing worked at all. In the end, she deleted Bit Torrent, limiting my access to OP anime.

She is, however, able to download Naruto via a direct download, which doesn't take very long (unless the website is down… >.>; ) and seems quite easy. We only use one computer for downloads, just in case that computer contracts a virus or whatnot.
