Hi everyone, this is the One Piece Model Making thread :happy:
Sorry if it's in the wrong sub-forum but I thought this is art, even though it isn't a literal 2D drawing on paper.

Here's my contribution, a model of the Going Merry.

The cost of the kit was $69, and I think it was worth it.
Every piece was really detailed and perfect, and it just depended on the artist to paint it well. Forgive me, I'm not too good yet, so there were a few mistakes but I tried my best .

So then, any other people interested in making models?

I'm interested in doing one…and I've seen some on some sites, but my money is low and although I draw pretty well...I can't paint worth a damn. :blink:

Non-2D art is definitely allowed here, don't worry

May I ask to what extent you had to paint it, and what exactly that involved (like did you have to go out and buy a bunch of extra supplies?)?
And the pieces had to be glued together, right? (As opposed to snap-on)
