That's Track 11 - Difficult from the One Piece Music&Song Collection 2.
It also plays in episode 13, when Captain Kuro appears on stage, when Mihawk appears in episode 24, then in episode 38, when Arlong throws Luffy into the water, also at the end of episode 52, when Smoker talks about Roger, at the end of episode 122, when Crocodile dries out Luffy and at the beginning of episode 187 (3:00-4:20), when Enel goes Mamaragan. Did I miss something?

EDIT and of course I did. In episode 2, when Zoro first appears and in episode 5, when Buggy's knife stabs Zoro and at the beginning of episode 191.:unsure:

That's the second half of Track 13 - GomuGomu Bazooka!! from the first One Piece Music&Song Collection.

The first one….I assume you mean at the very beginning of the recap? That's The Three Towers from movie 5.
The second is Fierce Battle - Zoro v. Sanji from movie 4.

RapidShare is better, I think. I tried it with my fav song Track 41 - Luffy's Fierce Attack from Movie 5 OST.

I also tested SendSpace with Track 44 - The, The, The Strongest from Movie 5 OST (even better than RapidShare) and Savefile with Track 9 - Mother Sea from Music&Song Collection 3 (YouSendIt is better!).

Rapidshare had a ton of popups.
Sendspace looks good, it only has 7 days of file availability though ..

Uploading with RapidShare works fast without a hitch. And those who want the file can wait 20 secs and enter that code I think. SendSpace deletes the file only 7 days after the last download and the files up to 300 MB can be downloaded unlimited times. YouSendIt deletes it automatically after 7 days or 100 downloads. Don't know about ul/dl speed though.
Also with RapidShare and SendSpace you see the upload progress unlike YouSendIt.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me find one of the one piece musics that play during a dramatic scene in the Anime.

I don't exactly recall what episodes it occurs, but it happens quite frenquently when something really dramatic, like a big match is about to occur.

The music itself starts very softly at firsts, and ends in a really powerful tone, where you hear a trumpet solo, with a little of crescendo with ritardando. Also, to be more clear, the notes of the music at the end climbs up, where it goes higher in pitch, then drops down (after the trumpet climbs up) the low brass (seems to like the low brass) plays the low notes.

I hope that can help…
