Quite funny that a party that do not count anymore as the law of Afghanistan ,wishes to remove a ban they have no power to apply anymore. they want to mend things now when they are on the brink of isolation in Afghanistan and mostly deterred by ISAF coalition.

The times they are a'changin. I'm just glad that a step is being taken in the right direction (if it's true). Maybe the Taliban is losing it's influence in the region and becoming more unfavorable so they have to give in to the pressure. I'd like to think they're having a change of heart but this is the real world, and they're probably not lifting the ban because they think it's right.

This is definitely a good thing (if it happens), but the fact that they can decide about this kind of thing is still completely wrong.
