I think the New Fishman Pirates, the Flying Pirate and the people of Ryuuguu will appear on the following covers as they'll probably get more focus in the following volumes.
Chapters: 504-512. Seriously, 512 would fit much better as an ending chapter. 513 felt to me like one of the typical opening chapters that takes the starting shot to the action.
i think it´s too early for Hodi and VDD
it´ll probably have the SH on the Sunny, Caribou and the Hammond Gang. And maybe Mohmoo >3< and Surume

How many fille pages plus SBS does a volume usualy have ?
Hmm it could be 10 or 11. Volumes 57, 58, and 59 were 216 pages and each had 11 chapters. Remember that all the chapters in volume 62 are 17 pages rather than 19 pages. I mean there are NO 19 page chapters in this volume. 57, 58, and 59 had a few 15 page chapters, but they also had a few 19 page chapters to balance them out. 62 has ALL 17 page chapters…I think it'll be 11 chapters long since 11 x 17 = 187....leaves another 29 pages for extras / contents / etc. I mean I can't see there being 46 pages for SBS, interviews, etc....just seems like too much for one volume.
613's a nice ending for it.
