1. Definitely ENIES LOBBY Arc !!! (including water seven Merry's funeral and all the stuff around) It was jusy awesome…What can I say? Pure awesomeness!! The ark that made me realize that I will love one piece til I die!! Excellent plot, fantastic past (robin's I mean but don't forget that Franky had interesting past with spanda too) that made me cry , very emotional ark, best fighting scenes of all times (in One piece I mean).
   Its also the ONLY ark that there were conflicts between the crew (Luffy - Ussop) which really made One Piece <<alive>> to me because every friendship has its conflicts!!!! In addition one new cool member entered the crew (oh yeah that's Franky) and the ship was really alive through this ark... so emotional!!!!

2. Arabasta Arc! because I love Vivi and this ark was very funny and emotional (the scene that Mugiwara leave Vivi behind with the marks on the hands is just awesome and touching) In addition Robin ( who i really really really love ) entered the crew and they made another very good friend...oh yeah that's Bon-chan

3. Arlong Arc! Another really emotional arc. That's the first one piece epic arc which made me like one piece!!! Nami's past was really touching too!

4. Skypiea Arc! Just a very funny arc were Robin had the chance to get closer to the crew. I found very interesting Norland's story!

5)Thriller Bark Arc! A very funny,dark and spooky ark were I really like the team fights and the crew's spirit!! Also Brook entered and I really like that these very later chapters of the story were connected to Laboon!!!</alive>

#1 Obviously Water7/Enies Arc- I gotta add though that i think that Robins past was the saddest moment in OP so far.
#2 Marine Ford Arc!!- Now this was just EPIC! fights everywhere and buggy's fail attempts to stardom and incredible luck at the start won me over! Then to top it all off there was Aces death and White Beards great rage. As i said it was just Epic.
#3 Saobady Arc- I dont know what it was about it but everything just excited me, like seeing all of the rookies in action and how one day they'll all meet in the new world.
#4 Impel Down Arc- Had great comedy moments with a bit of Action and serious moments (Luffy recovering from poison) thrown in there to spice it all up, also it was good to see Crocodile Resurrected he's one of my favorite characters in OP.
#5 Thriller Bark- At first i was a bit optimistic about it with the whole zombies and stuff but it turned out to be one of my top 5's (obviously), i guess when it comes down to it although i didn't like it at first it was good to have a change of scenery.

The fact that Sabaody Archipelago was not #1 for every is sinful but here it goes:

1. SA- amazing animation literally brought the first half of the SH's adventures to a close in an amazing way and prepared us for what was & is to come, not to mention we get to see epic fights and the introduction of the SN's including two of my favorite characters Kid & Law
2. Water 7- when I realized how epic this anime/series was (I didn't read the manga until I had caught up with most of the anime) and it became one of my favorites
3. Alabasta- until this arc I still was like this is ok but when is it gonna be amazing? then crocodile/daz bones/robin
4. Enies Lobby- I don't know why but my remembrance of watching it the first time was this is alright but now I love it
5. Impel Down- Really gets amazing when Blackbeard shows up and after Luffy loses to Magellan

1)Sabaondy Arc.

• Just loved the introduction of the 11 Supernovas and the tenryubito and of Rayleigh.This arc is my favourite because of : Zoro almost cutting a Tenryubito.Luffy punches a tenryubito and generally the whole human auction and slavery thing was so moving.Also who can forget the awesome moment's in Shakky's bar where Luffy stoped Ussop from asking about One Piece.Also , pure epicness and so hard feelings in the last battle vs Kizaru and the rest where i got depressed as hell just seeing the crew suffering like that.
  2)Whiskey Peek AND Little Garden.
• Thoose two arc are small and so close to each other so i am posting then together.I loved the thing that the Strawhats had finally entered the grand line and of course i just love thoose two arcs because its the main set-up arcs for the upcoming events of Alabasta.I can recall myself getting anxious whenever the name Crocodile was being said.Damn only oda could build such suspence.Also , who can forget the exploding Santoryu of Zoro?
  3)Marineford
• What can be said about marineford arc?This huge war was something else.I enjoyed every single episode of it.Ok there was some battles i would like to see a lil' bit more detailed like the Vista vs Mihawk f.e but it was overall one of the best arcs.We fucking saw Whitebeard's crew and Whitebeard himself in action.We got to see Ace's and Whitebeard's past and we also got to see Luffy competing with Whitebeard at the start of this Arc.Not to forget the funny moments of Buggy and Hancock and of course some of the best and together worse moments of my life of Ace's and Whitebeard's death.Also , tears come to my eyes when i see and listen to the latest words of Eduard Newgate.
  4)Ennies Lobbies
• Dark justice my ass.I feel worse than Sasuke with so much hatred within me against Spandam.I am so glad they gave him a lesson.What can i tell about this arc.I can recall me being so damn angry whenever i saw their faces (mostly spandam and lucci).We saw Robin's past and we also saw about Ohara.I will never forget the battle of Luffy vs Lucci and to be more specific the last move that Luffy used (Jeto Gaturinguuuuuu still ring in my ears)!Great battle of Zoro vs Kaku and also some nice comedy (f.e new bounties and sanji reaction).Loved the introduction of "New World" and "Four Emperors" but what made this one my favourite was GOING MERRY'S Funeral.Also the battle of Luffy vs Ussop and the words they exchanged are heart-breaking too.
  5)Sabaody after two years and Fishman Island.
• Ok how can i not love this shit?It's what we've been waiting for 2 years if i recall correctly.The crew to meet again!And they did in the best way.Definitely loved Luffy crushing a fucking pacifista in one thing when "We Go" played in the background!Definitely loved Chopper's most amazing reactions EVER to new Franky.The whole way to fishman island was also good and FISHMAN ISLAND IS A HELL OF AN ARC.We were given tons of great comedy and serious moments and of course , how can we forget the underwater Shishi-Shonson?Amazing , just amazing , and now the great thing begins.

1. Skypiea - Possibly one of the greatest arcs I've watched in anime/manga history, one of the best ever produced, primarily due to the storytelling.

2. Arlong - It was badass without trying to be.

3. Water 7 - It was epic. Had all the suspense, action, everything.

4. Baratie - It was just cool. The action, the sadness of sanji's past, and lets not forget the epic foreshadowing (Shishibukai, Fishman Island,), and last but not least, Mihawk!

5. Alabasta - I wish I could say Baroque Works in general, but the Alabasta Arc was awesome. Everything was paced well, everything was good.

Actually, Skypiea was one of my least favorites. It was just too long and relaxed. It did have some of the funniest moments of the series though. I can't really list the most recent arcs since I'm only on ep. 334.

Hmmm, favourites…

1. Water Seven and Enies Lobby. The whole "let's flip a middle finger to the greatest authority in the world" is something I seem to always enjoy, no matter what series, and Enies Lobby did it in such an epic way. It's one thing to oppose the world for stopping oppression or something other just as noble, but I think there is something very simple and powerful about doing it for just one friend. And of course, Luffy and co. became a truly serious thorn in the World Government's side. Even though Luffy's bounty shot up after Alabasta, that was censored so this incident really was the trial that brought him the attention of the world. Also, I adore Franky and Sunny. :wub:

2. Sabaody Archipelago. Even though the end was painful, I really loved the fateful gathering of the eleven rookies. Not to mention it was the first time we saw the extent of Luffy's newfound (well, relatively) infamy, many people mentioned that he's thought to be insane. And he broke another taboo, punched that disgusting asshole tenryuubito. Also, Law and Kid - I adore both.

3. Impel Down. I'm the kind of person who just likes prison breaks and prison riots. There is something satisfying about seeing an "impregnable" jail infiltrated and then broken out of. Not to mention Sengoku had his most epic rant due to Luffy-related problems, I have always enjoyed them immensely.

4. Loguetown (and the entrance to Grand Line). There was such a feeling of an epic start of something great! The execution that would not be, the storm, the ceremony, the Reverse Mountain... so epic. And Smoker entered the picture, I adore him and his obsession with Luffy.

5. Jaya. There was just something nice about them hanging about without real pressure to go somewhere quickly (although they did have to hurry once they found out how to go to Skypiea) and the epic lesson Luffy gave everyone in Mock Town. I will also never not laugh at the initial meeting of Luffy and Blackbeard. Who knew it would develop into something so sinister? And Luffy was on the agenda of the Government for the first time, though a minor one.

...I strongly suspect that the arc that will happen after Fishman Island will jump high on this list, but it's not like I can post spoilers here. Oh well.

1)Alabasta- Crocodile is my favorite villian thus far (and his voice actor did an amzing job) I really enjoyed the filler epsodes as well. Also, it was good having Ace stick around for a while! (I did not like this arc in the manga and it would not be in my top 5 manga arcs)
2)Water 7- Great chacters, and great seeing the crew get stronger.
3)Impel Down/Marineford- I know they are two differnt ones but I icnluded them both as nubmer 3. Good seeing a lot of strong eneiems that will be a threat in the NW as well as some that will be allies. Plus Crocodile and Buggy coming back is always a plus for me!
4)Drum Island- Sad back story with Chopper, and we got a lot of information this Arc (first see Ace, first hear of Blackbeard, first hear of Roger dropping the D from his name)
5)Sabody- Really liked the 11 SN, Rayleigh, Kizaru, Kuma etc lots of stuff gonig on, meeting lots of strong guys what's not to like?!

1. Ennies Lobby: I love this arc. The fight are amazing and the tension during this arc is absolutely Shared well to the readers. And "I want to live" … EPIC moment !
2. Alabasta: This arc is so beautiful. The determination of Vivi and Luffy for to protect everything. I like !
3. Sabaody: Short but intense !
4. Skypea: The only arc for me with east blue which speaks about adventure. This arc is amazing but Ener ruined this arc for me because the adventure was transformed in survival. But I like it but less all the same. (I love Ener too ^^).
5. East blue (Arlong park): It's the beginning of the adventure, that has a taste of nostalgia. And nami's past is the first time in one piece when I cryed.

1. Water 7/ Enies Lobby: This is such a fantastic arc, I find myself revisiting many great moments. There was so much going on at once and many moments that made me cry or get lost up in all the tension. With Usopp leaving the crew and his return, the strawhats being framed for murder, Robin's supposed betrayal, Franky and Robin's backstories, Robin's desire to live and of course Merry and her funeral. Sanji's moment in the sea train was so amazing!
2. Alabasta: A very memorable arc and the ending was one of the best. When Luffy defeats Crocodile and it starts to rain…and the strawhats farewall to Vivi still make me teary.
3. Arlong Park: The arc that made me fall in love with One Piece and become a fan. It was hard not to put this arc first but it truly is amazing from start to finish. Nami's backstory with Bellemere in particular is so powerful and makes me so sad whenever i watch it. The walk to arlong park and Usopp's "Usopp hammer! Usopp Hammer! Usopp rubberband! Usopp Hammer!" are some of my favorite moments.
4. Skyepia: Such a wonderful arc with a real sense of adventure. Norland and Calgara's backstory was really touching and i can never forgot it.
5. Sabaody: When things really got intense. The separation of the crew was one of the most hardest things to watch and very upsetting. I still cannot rewatch episode 405.

Honourable mentions to Drum island. Dr Hiluluk (and his final words) and Chopper's backstory in general were sheer brilliance.

It would be hard to list my 5 favourite saga in order, so here they are in no particular order

1. Enies lobby. When I saw this saga, I realized a fusion dance combo of Luffy and Goku would be Goofy, and Goku+Lucci would be Gucci.
2. Fishman Island.
3. Skypiea!
4. The entire East Blue saga, fairly slow paced though.
5. Arabasta! Shame Vivi didn't stay. Bigger shame that Curoe or whatever his name was didn't either. He was the best.

This is a tough choice. But I'd without a doubt say that the Arlong Arc is my #1. It's just the most emotionally powerful Arc in my eyes. The battles are fantastically orchestrated and the dialogue is wonderful. Plus I think that Arlong is the best villain .

Second would probably be Water 7. The entire back-story with Robin and subplot of Usopp leaving the crew is very dramatic.

Third is Thriller Bark. The writing is a bit slow, but I love the concept of Zombies and the general horror theme combined with Oda's humor.

Fourth is that Captain Kuro stuff. Short but sweet and well done arc.

Finally, I think that the G-8 Arc. It had some lame stuff in it, like the whole subplot with the cooks. But I thought that this Filler Arc was really fun and that Jonathan is such a great antagonist.

Strictly on animation, pacing, story capturing, filler additions etc…

1. Skypiea (I never got bored. Thought the whole thing was fun, and it captured the plot perfectly)
2. Jaya (Perfect pacing for so many important scenes. And the Blackbeard speech was nicely done)
3. Baratie (Animation was consistent back then, not so rigid, and they made it really funny)
4. Alabasta (mainly the second half, Luffy's "Gomu Gomu no Storm!" is still the best directed finish to a fight)
5. Arlong Park (back when there wasn't too much staring and "mugiwara!"s, so great pacing especially for the Luffy vs Arlong fight).

1. Water 7/Enies Lobby - I consider this one big arc mostly and its got many memorable moment and action, plus some great villains with the CP9. Usopp vs Luffy was heartbreaking, seeing what Robin went thorugh, Franky joining up, seeing Gear 2nd for the first time, Luffy vs Lucci. It was just great and epic all over.
2. Alabasta - The first whole arc i watched subbed and not 4kids dubbed. I loved Crocodile, easily my favorite One Piece Villain, and loved seeing Ace, and overall i just thought it was an epic arc.
3. Arlong Arc - Second arc i saw after Baratie, but it was the first Arc i really got into, even though it was the 4kids dub.
4. Thriller Bark - Before i caught up on One Piece a while back, i was only at Alabasta, and knew of what went on in Enies Lobby, Skypeia, Sabaody and others, but Thriller Bark i knew nothing of when i read it, so it was a huge surprise and i loved the art style….also loved Perona.
5. Baratie - My first arc i saw on 4kids, introduced me to One Piece, kind of special to me.
