When I put it into the CP from my computer , it just sits there on the first frame and when I put the URL in it just says "invalid URL" .
Any idea what's wrong ?

Well, I tried to resize the image, but it's still too big (352 kb). I'll try something else.
Somehow I managed to reduce it's size to 159 kb. It's still to big though.
EDIT: Here it is. Stupid "unregistered" thing won't go away. But it's working. You have to save the file to your computer, then you can make it to you avatar.
I'll try to erase that thing somehow.
