The Worst moment when kuma say hancock to boa hancock -
and the best moment to me when Luffy Use the King haki to save ace + when he fight vs the 3 admirals ( okiji - akainu - kizaru)
and when Hancock's fights hand-to-hand, turning her victims to stone in the process.

Best would have to be Luffy's flashback and the crew reuniting. Sure I liked the war but I enjoyed those 2 the best.
Ace's last words and his death. (Most emotional) Along with Whitebeard's death.

Oh and Kuma saying to Hancock. "Hancock" and then when she gets mad was pretty funny.

shoot, hard to say....perhaps the insanely ridiculous way Impel Down was handled in the anime

No, uh, the best moment was definately when Hawkins said he saw the shadow of death over Brownbeard. He's fucking dead.

Crew being reunited is hands-down best moment.
Best moment for me would have to be the wftpwn'ing Giant Squad Ronse had when Whitebeard quake bubble'd him
Worst would have to be seeing Sabo's boat get hit by the Tenryubito's canon's… made me cry...

Best: Luffy vs 3 Admirals... I mean... wootski!
Seeing Bonney again, though she was tied up by BB
Sengoku's Budah transformation... just awesome

Best: The 4-Week Break was bittersweetly brilliant, so it gets my vote.
Worst: The first several episodes into the Marineford Arc were just sickening. 
The worst moment I believe is Capone's last scene before the time skip. Rather than learning anything new about the guy or his crew he just…deus ex machina's into the freaking sky. I can't decide whether or not its a good thing or a bad because the only thing I know about the guy is that he has good table manners!
Best moment?...Ooh thats a tough one! Going to have to go with the reunion of the StrawHat crew. You could argue that it was the Ace's death but after two years of Luffy getting his ass kicked it was good to see something triumphant again.
Also going to have to give an honorary mention to Franky's misadventures in Baldimore.

The worst moment I believe is Capone's last scene before the time skip. Rather than learning anything new about the guy or his crew he just…deus ex machina's into the freaking sky. I'm pretty confident that Capone will be seen again. Him being sucked into God knows what was just a glimpse of the mysteries and dangers of the New World. I definitely wouldn't call it a deus ex machina.

The worst moments would have to be when even after the war ends, the three admirals continue to fight, and all to uphold Absolute Justice. I don't care what people believe, but that isn't Justice, no matter what people say.
Also how it was said that nobody would help Tiger Fisher. I don't care what anybody says, someone must have tried to help him, but was probably shot by the Tenryuubito before anything could be done. Like all history this part may have been left out
Best: After Luffy sees the Gaon Cannon 
Worst: Marco, Whitebeard, and the admirals just standing around during the war more than they would in a real war.
Best: Ace dying or the Strawhats reuniting.
Worst: 1 month break in between the time skip. It just felt a lot longer than it actually was.
That or the Strong World Filler. Bleh.

Best: Sanji, Luffy and Zoro vs Pacifistas
Worst: Marco at the war, to be more precise, turning around and getting handcuffed… wait... was it that year? If it wasn't, consider other thing that he did.
