I highly recommend getting the Ending 10 single.
Especially if you don't like the TV size version. The full song is lyrical, melodic, and flowing.
The anime one starts on this horrible note that can only be described as bweeeer.

Okay, not sure if this is just me or not, but I can't get the episode to load; it finishes immediately and there's nothing in the file afterward. And I'm a little too stupid to use IRC. ^^;

I'm having the same problem, Bev. I directly download the episode from the net, and I keep getting corrupt files that end about five minutes into the episode. >_< The download I currently have going is the third time through.

Just a guess but… the torrent file downloads with an "avi" suffix, so you don't torrent it, instead you try to open the torrent with media player. Is this your problem, bev? As for SuNa, it's a different problem which probably has nothing to do with this... can't help. Sorry. Good job, kf!

Plemingo– No, that's not the problem, I've been trying to save to disc. Sometimes it'll start loading very slowly, saying it'll take almost 3 hours, and then a half hour into the download it'll finish and the file isn't complete. Sometimes it'll finish immediately with the same result. I'm guessing I'll just have to wait until the rush on it dies down or something, but thanks for the help. ^^

umm ok this is how you get the file to work.

First goto the link at the top, right click and save as the file,

it comes up as .avi.avi change the 2nd .avi to .torrent

then open it, it should work

just gotta change the extention name to torrent cause windows reads it as a avi when its .avi.avi

Just watched the episode. It was cool as always. BTW, I noticed something interesting. It appears that this episode is based on just one manga chapter (ch. 242) instead of at least two chapters like all the other episodes. Is this the first time that this happened in the anime? I canÂ´t remember of any other episode that consisted on less then two manga chapters.

I really enjoyed this episode, especially seeing Ussop so much a part of things (yes I also watch GeruSama's sub). I thought the White Beret Captain was v. funny - the officiousness reminded me of some of the people at my work, especially my boss :D

Wow, I finally understand what you guys are on about. Although the file is clearly .avi.torrent, Internet Explorer somehow changes it to .avi.avi. Internet Explorer has now lost all respect I had for it. (I use Firefox, but I still thought IE was okay)

That was seriously fast! And yes; the single version of Faith sounds better. Hahahaha "Bweeeeeeer". I've mentioned before that the visuals remind me of some kind of acid trip, but it's a damn good one, too.

Ugh, sometimes I really hate how they do an episode.

Not only did Usopp overly overreact (bad pun), but the filler-like "crimes" were just silly. In the manga, it seems that McKinley is doing his job just fine. In the anime, it seems like he is exaggerating.

Oda handles the scenes in a few pages, whereas the Anime drags it on like… I dunno, several unholy minutes?

I guess that can't be helped when they anime is catching on with the manga fast. At least it is better than making an entire new filler arc like Apis. XD

Personally I have no problem with the additional crimes McKinley made up. Though some of them were silly they donÂ´t appear out of place and are supportive if you always had the impression that McKinley just wanted to make the Strawhats criminals.

Nay, in the manga he only went from level 11, to 10, to 9, and finally 5. There's no "capturing endangered species", "trying to eat it" or "enviromental pollution".

His arguments seemed pretty reasonable, and he didn't do an evil chuckle when he's addressing the crimes; that's what makes it different.

I understand what you are saying. I just went back on the chapter. And while I agree that the anime made him look a lot more meaner I must say that at the same time, he didnÂ´t seem to be a nice guy to begin with. So itÂ´s not that much out of character and I can live with it.

There surely is plenty of stuff where the anime goes out of character in context to the manga for my personal understanding of the manga, this change in the anime doesnÂ´t fall under the catergory "badly ouf of character". But I can live with it if you have another take on that. :biggrin:

I rather liked this episode, as extended as it was. Ussop was especially hillarious, it's good to see him take the spotlight in a non-battle episode once in a while. I'd rather they extend the manga where possible rather than put in crappy, pointless filler such as the afore mentioned Scorpion Man episode. That one had no redeming value whatsoever.

Yeah, those Alabasta fillers were lame. The one with the fake rebel army was even worse. But neither episodes are as bad as the Rainbow Mist fillers. :P shudders

The file won't load for me for some reason. If I try a direct download it says it'll take something like 10 hours, then load really quickly and won't work. A torrent file just gives me a straight-up error message.

Xvid stable version? Of what? I need you to speak to me like I'm stupid because in this case I am. I know nothing beyond what people tell me to click on to download something. ^^;

As for where I've downloaded it from, I've tried K-F's bittorrent page, I've tried the storage page for the direct link and the torrent link (which didn't work), I've tried Baka Updates for the torrent and I tried a few other links someone else gave me for direct downloading, none of which worked for me. The Torrent error message I get reads "This is not a valid Torrent file (not a valid bencoded string)". I have no idea what that means.

Okay, goto:

When you download the torrentright mouse button and click "save as".

When the "save as" dialog box appears, the torrent's name appears to be "[K-F]One_Piece_157[A002DD4C].avi"

But that won't work. So rename the file to "[K-F]One_Piece_157[A002DD4C].torrent"
