well i can post now so you could probly figure out how old a account has to be from mine
i went for magellan not only did he have level 1-5 and a few level 6 prisoners running from him but he owned blackbeards crew and was only taken down by blackbeard and his crew plus all the other strong level 6 prisoners that did not go with blackbeard and he lived from that also it his fault ace is dead and that whitebeard is dead if luffy had defeated him whitebeards crew could have stopped the marines from chasing after luffy and the prisoners also blackbeard even with those level 6 would have probly been owned by whitebeards large crew due to the fact the marines would have probly not have followed whitebeard and his allys

Either krieg, crocodile, moria or lucchi.
Though yea I voted krieg. Krieg inspires to be the best and carries himself well. One of my favorite pirates. Smoker is another good choice. So involved in both justice and doing things his own way, along with his conviction makes for a dangerous combo. Moria is just a plain enemy to society or any other exsitence. Lucchi will chase you to the ends of the earth and most fall short of his strength. So not only is he strong but consistent.
Akainu just has problems. I'm sure the other two admirals could take him down easily just because he has a huge temper.
Though ontop of every one I would put Aokiji and Luffy.
Aokiji is devoted to justice. Even sacrificing what he believes to uphold justice. Behind his playful demeanor don't be fooled he's killed thousands of people.
Last but not least Luffy. No conscious, unwavering, uninterested individual. Caused mayhem at all three of the goverments main offices over trival matters. Destroyed a marine base for one man. You do not want this man against you. Broke into impel down and terrorized just to help his brother. He has the morals of whitebeard but not the strength is his only weakness.

If I could vote I would vote Lucci. Lucci was really the only character I have hated throughout the series. Maybe Akainu is getting worse now, however, it's still not that bad.

Luffy is the Most evil character in OP serie :
-beating Thousands of Marines Soldier and Defeating a hero of justice in Enies loby just to save a Dumb woman.
-His infiltration in ID, caused the out-break of Hundreds of Criminals. and made it easy for BB to reach his goal and contact Sillew.
-Knocked out an old man who was trying to have an honorable death for his Village (buggy arc)
-He ruined Kuro and Crocodile plans.
-because of him, shanks lost an arm, Mr. 2 Died Twice, Ace Died then WB died without saving "one young life".
-well, Because of his lack of Informlation, he answred BB (in mock town) that he had 30 M on his head instead of 100 M, if he did it correctrly, BB would have caught him then Offer him to the WG…thus the Whole WB war wouldn't have happened.

Best villain has to be either Crocodile or Enel, in fact I'm still trying to decide who to vote for as I type and finish this..
Moria and Krieg are probably the worst. I love Moria, but I never felt he was a great villain.
Just reading all of them makes me realize how good Oda is at making villains though, I can't wait for whatever new ones he has in store for us.
edit: Had to go with Enel since Crocodile helped Luffy in Marineford.

Blackbeard, I know it may be to early to start giving him props but he's done so much with so very little screen time.Mostly because every thing he did after he killed Thatch was because he was exploiting Luffy's defeat of Crocodile. To twist the aftermath of one of the series greatest triumphs into one of the saddest, thats pretty damn wicked.

Crocodile.
Oda's developed some fantastic villains over the years, but even now, so long after the Alabasta arc, Crocodile remains at the top as far as I'm concerned. Sure he's been eclipsed in raw power by this point, but what truly makes a great villain in my view is one's capacity for "Manipulative Bastardry," and I have yet to see a One Piece villain match Sir Crocodile in that category.
The fact that he played such a major role in Impel Down and Marineford, plus the fact that he's now free again to be the evil bastard that he is, is only icing on the cake.

Have to say Crockodile is my favorite, so many reasons why, the storyline for one thing making him so evil, you just have to hate him. Than he had an awesome power to match against Luffy's power, that epic battle they had.

I chose Moria. He isn't just a generic badass or completely evil, like some of the arc villains. He definately has a good reason to be the way he does. Moria started off ambitious with the same goal as Luffy, just to have all his nakama slaughtered. When Luffy lost Ace he immediatly gave up his dream to be Pirate king, the only thing keeping him going was the fact he still had a crew. You can tell how much this messed him up, he became lazy gaines weight, and is clearly upset when his old crew was mentioned. That probably sucked more than most strawhat flashbacks. He also managed to be a fun adventurous arc, and the whole crew teaming up against Oz was amazing. I am hoping he will return back in his original shape, he must of been a beast.
