Nope, Gambia and his Granny is real. Gambia is the tall haired (think similar to Admiral Strawberry) dude on Barto's crew. He's the one (-vice-admiral?) Maynard beaten up at beginning of the Coliseum fights, was seen again when Luffy & co were on Barto's ship. That was also when he learn about Granny. When Barto's Club needs info - I mean advise- they call up Granny …. who is still in East Blue XD
