I can't believe I didn't notice this before…..pg. 13, one of the weather scientists comments: "the bubbles here are such a nuisance!!", to which another replies: "but what a nice gust we got. We're right over sabaody".

Gust? Who do we know that is associated with wind? I'm thinking that Dragon actually may have included himself among those who helped the SH crew escape. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it's worth speculating right?

Hmm for fishman island I am envisioning a city with a huge palace (not sure why those two go together in my head, probably Disney brainwashing as a child), it'll be floating and have two sides that are mirror images of each other, one of which will be in a coating bubble. There will be lots of ships drifting just outside the bubbled side and lots of wales with harnesses waiting near the other side, and stuff like that, the sides will correspond to the each other.

Cause you asked if its alright. Also every 10th prediction includes that Dragon shows up somewhere (we even had that speculation while Luffy was fighting Usopp,hehe). Its like predicting Dragon was also at TB because there was some mist..
Mist wasn`t rly a clue so far from Oda that Dragon appears so why now?

I sure understand your thoughts that he maybe accompanied Robin to Shabondy.
So i also see the possibilty seeing him in the next chapter looking to Luffy and wishing him luck for the NW…
But the mist is a more untypical clue for that in my eyes.

I kind of see FI as more of a "cave under the sea". It's:

1. Under the Red Line.
2. It'll be much easier to move around without having to worry about a bubble bursting.

What I hope Oda does NOT do, is somehow make Jinbei fight/betray Luffy & co. I mean, it really doesn't fit his character to fall for such stupid tactics, and I really found Nami and Robin's episodes to be rather tiring… It's fine if he got beat or was imprisoned because he was threatened with the lives of the other inhabitants (he is the type to sacrifice himself), but I just don't see him fighting Luffy "in order to save the other inhabitants from the ones who have taken them hostage".

Yes but those were all serious winds, you got to see them, big swishy things, you didn't see any of that here. Also it was the weather guys, they talk about weather, it's just something they do.

Also: why the hell are some people thinking Usopp has haki? He is obviously just referring to the fact that it is strange that there are no marines following them, while there should be hundreds on the island..it's the perfect introduction to show their trainers in action and helping their disciples out.

Very good chapter, finally we are heading to Fishman Island and the entire crew is back together again.

I was hoping Rayleigh didn't sacrifice himself so that The Strawhats could escape and it doesn't appear that he did. The guy is just too old to go to prison .

So, will the individual stories about how each person spent their time the last two years be hashed over during the trip to Fishman Island or will it be periodically be mentioned throughout the Fishman Island Arc?

Now all the "Perona is the next Nakama" talk can finally die forever.

The only negative about finally going to Fishman Island is that we will start to see all the annoying and repetitive posts about how it is a big disappointment. My guess is that we will see these types of posts after the first chapter on the Island.

So now I want to see if getting to Fishman Island is very easy once you have a coated ship or will there be other challenges, similar to Reverse Mountain when entering the Grand Line.

I think we may get some little anecdotes but nothing rly long.
Oda will place pieces from time to time to get some new sub-storys developed or for funny moments.
But iam sure that we as readers get more infos about those two years while the SHs are fighting their coming opponents.
Like little flashbacks which shows how they developed\learned this skill how to overcome the danger they`re in that moment.

Overall very nice chapter. I would like to see the world's reaction to the SH's being alive news. Seems both zoro and luffy hasn't improved on their intelligence department on other matters besides fighting.

Probably hercules gonna getting along with reyleigh in SA from now on. Wonder what's gonna happen to perona. Also what's gonna happen reyleigh now the marines know the exact location of reyleigh. All this time he avoided detection of marines by not making any big splashes now he put himself in the open for everyone's to see.

Dude has been out of the spotlight for years and is very old, and still very powerful. I don't think they will bother him. There are many more important threats going on in the New World.

Also, Sanji has shed a decent amount of tears since he reappeared on Sabaody, but none of them have come from his right eye. :ninja:

I liked this chapter a lot. Had a lot of elements I figured it would. Except Chopper maybe saying something about Zoro's eye.

Commenting on people talking about if and when Oda will show what the SHs did during their two years. I figure those will get revealed when they encounter a one on one fight and need to finish it. Kinda like what they've done numerous times in the past.

The "Oh no, I'm losing this fight." flashback. "Oh yeah…I remember now. Here's my new move."

too many good things in this chapter, and I'm sure you have them all covered up plenty (always fail to read more than 3-4 pages of the discussion, either because the discussions messes up or get repeated and I don't like to point fingers at anyone
