Paypal Problems

So, anyone remember me?

I recently set up a Paypal account to make my online orders at Zipia.net.
I am supposed to send them money VIA Paypal, but Paypal is not going through with it.

I have a Visa Gift and American Express Gift card added to my account.
My paypal balance is $1.95, and my gift cards total is $445.05.
I'm supposed to send $446.

I am getting the message…
"Your card issuer denied this payment. If you have another debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, please use that. Or take a moment to link a new debit or credit card. Contact your card issuer if you don't know why you were declined."

I already registered both cards to the same address as my Paypal etc.
Why isn't it letting me send that amount?
Does Paypal want some money as well? Or is there really something wrong with my gift cards?

Well…
The above guy didn't help me...

But I found out the problem.
Paypal will only accept one card to do stuff with.
The backup funds...well didn't work as backup funds...
So I used my gift cards to buy one big gift card >_>

I think I'm done with Paypal after this.

That's how it always works, it's not like walking into a store and trying to pay with two cards at once.

I've got 2 bank accounts linked to mine, and I accidentally made a purchase with the account that didn't have enough money in it I called paypal but there's nothing they could do, so I had to get to the bank before it closed to make sure I didn't get sent into overdraft hell. That's just how it works, because there's multiple parties involved in the purchase. That's not reason to swear off paypal completely.

And if you're in a similar situation, you can always take the money out of one account to add to your paypal balance and then pay with that and use your other card as a back up balance for the rest, but obviously it takes a few days longer because of the bank transfer >_>
