Chapter feels a tad confusing due to how fast Oda is going but at least Jinbei is finally apologizing for the whole "unleashing Arlong and causing Hodi's current mess" thing. And Sanji…well, at least he's back to normal with his girl problems.

But during any given time Zoro could have gotten a bubble helmet while he was getting away. Also what is usopp going to do? Shoot a projectile underwater? Brook is powerless in the water too.

Regarding what will happen at the Palace now… I'm going to guess that Zoro will probably do some huge slash / a bunch of scattered small slashes to clear the way for the others to escape, and then get left alone nearly out of breath and at duped-up Hodi's mercy. I definitely get the vibe that Zoro has something left to give, at least, but I don't think it will be outright beating Hodi.
I had a feeling that Sanji would be cure from seeing the mermaid princess and I was right. All he needed was a woman overdose.
Looking forward to seeing the flashback, and Jinbei's facefaults were epic.

I would say because there was no time to give him one , he was fighting underwater , when he camed up King neptune did his water(kame)-hame-ha.
so if you really think about it , it makes sense that zoro didnt got one yet.

That face is never out of charcter with luffy. Luffy is going to tell jenbe not to apoligize to him but to nami. Its going to be epic. Not to mention nami might be mad herself. Van der decken is going to show up and ussop is the onlyone capable of fighting next chapter. Only Oda could pull it all off.

In fact, I remember Hodi ordering his pirates to kill them all. Obviously, something has to save them.

Unless Usopp can cause a distraction and give Neptune enough time to slip a mask on zoro. What a gyp though, one of the strongest swordsmen in the world is in a bind because he has no air. But he did the honorable thing and stood by Neptune.

Well it looks to me like he isn't quite done yet with how he resolves that he can't just stand by and watch someone die. I can easily imagine him busting out his swords for a final attack before succumbing to his lack of air. Still, perhaps you're right that some outside force would have to save him after that, unless Hodi decides to temporarily save him in order to torture the lowly human who dared injure him (or something).
The Sovereign Haki would be badass, though I'm not sure that I think he has it this early. Or maybe he has brought it out, but can't control it, and has thus held it back until this point not to knock out innocents? Would be pretty cool. Although this isn't the thread for that sort of speculation I guess.
I hope Aohige can find the time to go over the MS translation. It looks iffy in a couple of places. It's the same guy as last time and he or she has a track record of flawed translations.

So, the big cliffhanger was something everybody knew already anyway. I agree with the feeling that there is going to be a huge flashbacks filling in the blanks of the story.
I just wonder how many months will pass before we get to know what the Sea Forest's poneglyph says. Because there has to be one, right?

Am i the only one who thinks' it's annoying that the whole Arlong/Nami thing keeps on re-appearing? Cuase i really belived we were totally over that phase.

His mouth is open and all the air is escaping. I think Zoro is done holding people off for now, until he can get a few more breaths. At any rate, this secures that Luffy will have to go back. Either that or the Princes will be quickly on their way. Whatever happens, the King and those Straw Hats will have to be saved (unless Usopp has something that can help them escape, but I doubt it).
Oh, and Sanjino, Nami herself is over it, but this is still a grave matter revolving around her and everyone she loved being tortured and the death of her mother. She now knows a lot more about the Fishmen, why they behave in such a way and the dark history that spurred those like Arlong on. So the fact that we're finally going to get to see what happened that would unleash Arlong on the East Blue still holds great importance.

Maybe. We'll just have to see how Nami reacts. Jinbe already confessed he feels bad about letting Arlong loose. I'm sure Nami will lay into him about it.

.why would he accept the apolgy arlong did nothing to him or any of his crewmates other than nami. Jenbe should atleast know who he hurt. Not to mention nami was a fishman pirate for 8 years im sure that will come up sooner or later. Nami has info and being the inqusitive type shes going talk to jenbe. Also i want luffy to introduce atleast some of his crew to jenbe. Everyone that meets luffy wants to know his crew.

A tad confusing chapter, I'll have to reread it to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'm guessing that we'll be going into some sort of flashback with Jinbe! Could the events with the Queen and the Hodi business coincide with Arlong being sent to East Blue? I guess we'll find out next week.

It hasnt been 2 years since Hachi arrived back to fishman island. He wa protecting Sunny and since then he has been lying injured in his bed recuperating. And we dont really know how long it has been since Jinbei abandoned( or banned to be there) Fishman island
okay, the one where said "i can't just stand by and let someone die". i'm pretty sure it was neptune who said it. as for the bubble heads, reason zoro didn't have one was becuase he went straight into the fight, rather than nami who ran away (which means she had time), smae with brooke and usopp, who didn't do anything, which means they had time
