In my personal opinion he doesnt really feel like a scammer to me. He was at least decent enough to not bot us with ads and personally make this page and answer your questions.

What do you mean keep it to yourself? I'm pretty sure it's our responsibility to at least check him out first since he just appeared here instead of letting the possibility of scamming happen.

When the OP made their original post there was no links to previous feedback or creditability except for their own personal website. It would be wrong if a forum member knew there was a possibility of a scammer lurking around and kept it to themselves.
But the OP has provided feedback links so they seem legit as far as I can see.

Well, you offer Hancock for 8,000 yen (~100$)
and she can be offered on Otacute for 80$, so that's not anywhere near CHEAP, really.
I doubt you'll get any orders for White Hancock untill Otacute clothes their pre-order. Sorry.
