Welcome to the new forums!

To get your new password, all you need to do is type in your name in the login box, with no password. You will be sent to a new screen, with the hyperlink, 'Forgot your password?' Click it, and follow the email instructions. You will get a new temporary password from the email that is sent, and you're set! You can then change your password to whatever you had before, or something completely new!

Actually, you can contact any of us online and we'll try to help.

After loggin in, you'll have to change some settings (http://animemedia.org/vb/profile.php?do=editoptions) because they were apparently messed up during the DB import. The first thing you might notice is your signature has become messed up with HTML. Yep, that's the importer's fault because it did not convert the HTML stored by IPB to BBCode before importing. And be sure to set the options because apparently, at least for me, PMs are disabled when I logged in.

Additionally, if you don't see any thread except pinned threads… Fear not. (I was like o__O at first.)
Just go to
User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Options > Default Thread Age Cut Off
and change the value to whatever you like. I chose "Show all threads."

Of course, you can change it in each board, too.

Well this is not specificly on topic but it has something to do with the new forums so IÂ´ll post it here if that is ok.

I just wanted to mention that it might be that not all our fellow board members know that the new boards is up and operational.

If you follow the link to the old forums then this ishttp://ap.animemedia.org/index.php? is what youÂ´ll find. Actually I wouldnÂ´t have known myself that this board is up if a fellow board member wouldnÂ´t have told me about it. Thanks, btw! ;)

I`m sure that IÂ´m not the only one here. There might be other board members who might be ready for a log in but they may have zero idea that the new forumÂ´s are up already. So I think we should inform them somehow.

Just wanted to say that in case you guys didnÂ´t know. :D

hm, i think an announcement will be made in the old forum once this one is COMPLETED. as of now it's not YET completed, since WZ is still going to install some stuff, but the news of the existence of this forum leaked out already. so consider yourself lucky, ivotas. ^^
