I have to wonder how much you could cross crews without seeing massive infighting and personality clashes.

As a social experiment, I'd like to throw Captain Morgan or Smoker in as the first mate of a predominantly pirate crew. Would he obey, or go insane with his Marine notions of good and evil clashing with his rules of order and obedience.

In that spirit:

Captain Arlong, First Mate Cpt. Morgan, Second Mate Kurobi, officers Zoro, Sanji. Richie (was he the lion in the Buggy crew?) for security and to give Kurobi and Zoro someone to train against. If Nami can be broken, she'd be valuable too.
