This thread is to create your Own Pirate Crew! Pretty much if you could choose any 'One Piece' characters and build a crew.
Here are the rules:

• Member Limit = 15
• Filler Arc & Movie characters are allowed!
• Marines, World Government, Civilians, Bandits & Revolutionaries are allowed. However if you take people from these places please give a back story on why they became pirates!
• You may only have 3 members from the same original crew. However Blackbeard does not count as a Whitebeard Pirate. The Marines/Revolutionaries & World Government are considered their own separate crews! Same goes for CP9, Galley-La & Skypiea priests count as 'Enel's Pirate Crew' and the Shandians are the Shandian Crew.
• Gol D. Roger and People deceased before the start of One Piece may not be selected.
• If the user's ability is unknown then his ability remains UNKNOWN. However you can have people within your crew teach others! This should help balance the power scales.
• You must have the following:

     They don't necessarily have to play these roles in the story but if you post them in an unknown role please explain why they would be good in said role. You may only have 2 Captain Class Pirates on your ship! However Non-Captain characters can be used in other roles. For example: Usopp could be your sniper and Van Augur or Yasopp could be your first mate.
     Enel, Rob Lucci, Shichibukai, Admirals/Garp & Sengoku, Yonkou, Wiper, Dragon, Crocodile & Jimbei all count as captains.
• All Pirate Ships that we have seen in One Piece are available for choosing except.
  1. The Oro Jackson is not allowed.
  2. You can only use Shiki's flying ship if you have Shiki in your Crew. Seeing as how the ship was powered by his ability.
  3. Pluton and any of the Great Weapons are not allowed.

Don't say Pandaman is weak OR that he is a joke character without knowing anything about him (although is was meant to be a joke)! First of all, Pandaman was created and entered into a contest to become the next Superhuman in Kinnikuman, a manga about superhero wrestlers. He was not put into the story but he was in a Kinnikuman video game as a secret character and has appeared as playable in one One Piece game and a support in others. His power level is 3,300,000 which is far greater than a normal Saiyan's power level (Vegeta, a high class warrior, was shocked at Goku's power level of 8,000) and surpasses Goku's Kaioken x10.

On another note, Goku's base level (at least before becoming super saiyan for the first time) is only 300,000 however at the end of DBGT his base power level rose to 650,000,000

Story: A saddened Spandam asks forgiveness to his father, Spandine, after what happened at Ennies Lobby. Spandine denies and rejects his son's apologies.
Spandam walks around worried, thinking that Lucci will kill him now. Then he remembers Luffy. He then decides to get a master crew, as a pirate. He sees a man hiding. It turns out to be Wapol. He said that he was shot away by a toy gone haywire, and landed at Ennies Lobby, and lived there for months. They reach an agreement. If Wapol joins Spandam's crew, he won't die. After sailing for days, they fond a man floating on the ocean. It was Paulie. Paulie had been fired by Iceburg. He had been stealing money from Galley-La to pay his taxes. Spandam offered Paulie to join his life of piracy. Paulie accepted. They then seen a random Seagull land. After landing on an island for food, they are instantly challenged by a homeless person. He almost beats Spandam, but then he is hit by one of Wapol's cannonballs. He is revealed to be Daz Bones. After Crocodile was captured yet again, Mr. 1 gave up the codename, and continued on his dream to be in the Pirate King's crew. Daz Bones then threatened Spandam's life. He said that if he wasn't let into Spandam's new crew, he would kill him. He was let in, and showed he's skills at cooking, adopted from Paula (Miss Doublefinger). They then encounter Kalifa and Lucci, who are buying food for their trip to kill Spandam. A fight breaks out and Spandam's crew just wins, but only due to Kalifa KO-ing Lucci. Spandam then remembers that Kalifa and Spandam were born friends. They always played together, and that was the reason she was accepted into CP9. Kalifa then joined Spandam's crew, to guard Spandam's life, as she still owed him from a broken promise. After they're trip to the island of food, Kalifa develops food poisoning. They needed a Doctor. The same Seagull landed on the ship. They were searching the waters for an island, and encountered yet another body. This time, on a large boat. The boat was coated purple. They looked on, and seen a large man or monkey with wings. It was Magellan. He was unconsious. They picked him up carefully as Kalifa cleaned him and the ship, and then took him on board. He stayed unconsious for days. Magellan ship was encountered by a strange monster recently, and it had followed Spandam's ship. He challenged Spandam to a fencing match, thinking he had killed Magellan. Spandam accepted and used Funkfreed to easily win. The monster explained that his name was Ryuuma. He had recently discovered a way to steal a shadow back from the real body. He then ran to the helm and, very badly, away from the spot they were at. A large thundercloud suddenly struck where they just were. Ryuuma said tat his shadow must have been that of a good navigator, but not a good helmsman. Magellan suddenly awoke and asked where he was. Ryuuma answered and suggested Magellan join the crew after Ryuuma asked. Magellan denied, and then seen Kalifa's decision. She had apparently done so much on such bad sickness. He took the poison away, and absorbed it. He then healed her physical wounds from falling over often. He then accepted, seeing that they had no doctor. Suddenly, the Seagull landed again. Spandam decided to keep it and call it Bane. They then encounter Tashigi, an ex-marine. She was almost killed by Smoker, and quit after that. She was hoping to encounter Zoro. She was happy to see Spandam, for he was also an ex-marine. She started following him everywhere, as if having a schoolgirl crush. Spandam couldn't get rid of her. In the end, he just made her steer the ship while he hid. This is the story.

This crew is renowned for the fact that though they are extremely powerful they are without a single devil fruit user, bringing them respect from pirate crews of all strenghts and sizes from around the world

Description: Found a large hoarde of treasure, used it to buy up several DFs to give to his best crewmembers in order to tackle the Grand Line. However, even with many DF pirates the crew failed on the Grand Line, as nobody was able to maximise their DF usage, and the crew retreated to South Blue, where they are the most powerful crew.
**Devil Fruit:**Chuya Chuya no Mi - Can instantly turn the area within 200 Chuyas to any time of day or night, inc moon phases.
Special Ability: Uses the cover of night to sneak attack opponent, and can alternate quickly between day and night to disorient opponent as well. Uses night to protect his pirates who've had their shadows stolen by the Kage Kage no Mi.

Weapons: Double-bladed glaive [very heavy, used in Wendigo form], ceremonial double-ended sabrestaff. Human combat form is intricate dancing style.
