M. Bison, Ganondorf, Geese Howard, Rugal Bernstein, Exdeath, Sephiroth, all greats. But none of them match the greatness that is Hazama/Terumi, the main villain from BlazBlue. An immensely psychotic chessmaster of Crocodile proportions styled as an homage to Michael Jackson circa Smooth Criminal with some of the best lines I've ever heard a villain give. Seriously, this guy is both horrendously evil and darkly hilarious!

Pretty much everyone from Metal Gear Solid–Big Boss, Revolver Ocelot, Liquid Snake, Solidus Snake. They all murder innocent people, kidnap children, and bomb cities, yet you can still sympathise with them because they fight for a good cause. In fact, the MGS characters I consider to be villain villains are Vamp and Colonel Volgin.

Holy shit, yeah, the Moon is creepy as fuck. Maybe more so due to me always being creeped out by the game and not even completing it as a child because of how fucking scary it was to me. That and I sucked at the game.

I read a creepypasta on the game a few weeks ago.. My childhood has officially been raped. (As if reading that Pokemon Ghost Black one wasn't enough.. that one actually made it nearly impossible for me to play the first Pokemons)

well, he runs a monopoly on the housing market, and the only general store where middle-class people can shop at. plus, he extorts rent out of you, and forces you to get a bigger house, and thus a bigger rent, even if you don't want one. then there's the whole thing about the "Racoon Goons"…

Plus he broke poor Sable's heart. the bastard.

I actually prefered the calm and modest Sephiroth. I always love when Legendary warriors are down to eath people a bit like SOlid Snake.

Apart from that, his main theme is amazing and the built up to the final fight is incredibel. FF7 AC totally ruined his death.

I could say Strelok from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. but it doesn't really work like that I suppose. I can't really think of a villain in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series.

Besides most of the villains that people mentioned one villain I really liked was Nyarlathotep from Persona 2. He is such a evil bastard I love it.

The final boss battle with him in Persona 2: Innocent Sin is the best, so good.
