That's weird the tournament is over so it shouldnt take so long anymore untill you can.

Does it have something to do with the tournament? I could vote in the end of the tournament, I think it´s after a certain time after you joined, like a month of something

well, no…
during the tournamnet if you were active user you'd get right to vote (i voted only in finals)
there isnt a set amout of time that needs to pass... perhaps there is but there was no during tournament
i know user(s) who joined after me but could vote before i could

(if my explanation is not true or compleatly true i aplogise- i am new to forums)
you can always try to ask a mod

one mod once said something like this: there are certain requirements that you need to fulfill before you will be granted the right to vote. these requirements will not be revealed, as this may lead to people trying to find a way around these requirements and not be truly active. once a user fulfills these requirements, he/she will be granted voting rights.

however, all that was in the context of the tournament, so i'm not sure whether it still holds.

in any case, just bear with it for a while? pretty much everyone has to go through it, so just keep posting and having fun in other ways. :happy:

As far as i gathered from what some said, one of the mods supposedly had to recognize you as something of a valid poster and not someone creating alternate account just to vote in the tournament and you would be able to vote.

I get the feeling that most younger One Piece fans just don't go near APforums, somehow.

Wow. Looking at those poll results, I feel really old compared to the bulk of people who have voted (I apparently am now allowed to do so). I'm 27 and have been a fan for about 8 years, give or take.

Well I can't vote due to when I joined, but I'd be in the second youngest group. However I'd known about the forums for atleast two years prior, the hassle of making an account and TALKING to people was too much for my little self XD

well… the age groups havent been listed good

12 means everything less then 12 not 12.. and after that goes 13-16
which means if you're 12 you cant vote for your age (if i got it right you say to which group you belong to)

i first watched op like 6-7 years ago on cable(thats translation from my mother tongue) but not from begining to end more like few episodes from each arc. (becouse i couldnt watch any other way)

back on to topic i started reading it about 2 years ago. now im 17-21
(im sure there are those >12... they either arent on apforums, lied about age or dont go to this thread)
