You could try to ask the scanlators directly.
I think raw providers are now normal on a scanlation team, instead of someone releasing a raw on the internet for several translation teams. -

Well, both mangastream and frankyhouse have forums. My best guess was to ask the raws there.

the only thing i've been doing is downloading them off #irc-distro on irchighway. the quality is excellent (HQ) however they are released similar to the dates released in japan (normally on weekend if not later sometimes, instead of wednesday/thursday)
i'm sure he/she can wait those extra couple of days and read spoilers for the mean time as they are in japanese. hope this helps.
if there's any quicker/better way would be greatly appreciated if someone could let me know as i find it extremely odd how the scanlated versions are released in HQ before i can get my copy of the raw…
