According to the new video released by team four star, they will soon premiere a one piece video. I don't know if this means they'll cover an arc or two, but I'm guessing that whatever the length it'll be funny throughout.

It's still just speculation at this point. Yes that's obviously the OP logo, but they might be teasing, they might be trolling, throwing out a red herring, or they might be serious.

In any event, until the official announcement at Youmacon, I don't see much point in getting hopes up, or that there is anything to talk about. This can easily be discussed in the DBZ abridged thread for the time being.

If this gets One Piece positive notoriety, I'm all for it. However, I've said this many times in the past, I dont' believe One Piece makes a good abridged series…not to mention the incessant memes and annoying fans this will spout.

I clearly remember back when Moar Better Abridged was running, they tried to get Masako aboard, who was reluctant, because he didn't like One Piece.

Anyhow, I didn't like the opening. I'd have preffered if they'd just reused the official one.

I have to wonder what they're actually abridging. Surely they aren't starting at the first episode. Maybe a one-shot based on Strong World? :p

Yeah, but they're a collection of talents, not JUST the two guys that did Naruto anymore.

HBi2K (Berserk, Gantz and Escaflowne abridged) is a HUGE One Piece fan, and Little Kuribo seems to be as well.
