I've been trying to get this as a ringtone for ages…and no matter what I do, the quality is EXTREMELY crappy. I've used mytinyphone.com, along with a ringtone maker, but it's just NOT working. All of the other ringtones i've made sound good, but this one just...ugh. If anyone could help me, i'd be forever greatful. -_-

Try using Audacity to cut the file and save it as an mp3 or whatever you use for your phone. Or if you have a Mac, use Garageband. Quality might be better with either.
Also, what's your audio source. mp3? aac?

umm… there was a software called total video converter.
give it a go. you can get trail version for 30 days... which would be enough for you i guess.
