@Translation:

_Soge introduces himself. Everyone but Luffy and Chopper knows it's Usopp, but those two don't know it yet.

Pauley has been to Eneas Lobby before for hsi work, so he explains it using … drawing? (I'm sleepy, lazy to look up the English word.)
Eneas Lobby is surrounded by fence and there is a fall inside that.
From the entrance, there is front gate -> front something gate, court, and judiciery tower, then righteous gate.

Franky's subordinate and Pauley explains the mission.

Only Luffy and them (SHs) can go against CP9 so they'll just go first and defeat others, then Luffy and them can attack CP9.
They'll go first using Yagara Bulls so they asked Luffy and them to come 5 minutes later.
Luffy said okay.

They see Righteous Gate that's almost covering the entire sky of Eneas Lobby.
Kokoro explains about RG.
Ahead of the RG, there lie (lye?) a lot of Kaiou-rui and only Marines/Navies know the way to go through there safely.
Meaning, they have to get Robin back before they pass the RG.

Without everyone else realizing, Luffy is disappeared from RM and he stands at the front gate.
He ignores the mission and rushes in by himself.

"Where's Robin!"
He defeats small try marines and reaches front something gate.
One of the marines reports Spandam.
"If my eyes are right, he's the 100000000 bellie bounty head, SHL!"
At the same time, Yagara Bull reaches the island.
Marines panic but still reports to Spandam.
Spandam yells/screams "What! What's going on!?"

Robin turns her face and stops moving for a while with a bubble "..."
Lucci: What's up, don't stop.
Robin starts to walk again.

Scene skips to RM.
Kokoro: We'll arrive at Eneas Lobby in four minutes._

Wow, I'm dying to know what kind of conversation is going on between Sogeking and Luffy/Chopper. Heroic tales from the Sniper Island, I should hope.

So, I'm guessing the chapter is mostly "group lays out a plan, Luffy ignores it and starts smashing people." Sounds entertaining. I hope I'm not the only Warcraft geek that was reminded of that Leeroy Jenkins movie >_>

Since Paulie is ahead with the Franky's right now, maybe he'll swing on ahead and try to catch up with Luffy after seeing him shoot himself up and over the wall? Just a thought that will keep him with the Straw Hats for the CP9 fights. He knows Eneas Lobby so if Luffy gets "detained" for whatever reason, he'd be the one to break him out.

The rest of the bunch looks to form a plan of attack but you its gonna result in kicking the crap out of anyone. And while am thinking about it, isn't this now the Anease Lobby Arc? Damn, this was a greatest chapter Oda ever created:

Sogeking(Usopp) is reunited with the crew again, expect olny Chopper and Luffy don't know it's him but the SS, Zanbai, Zoro and Nami realize him easliy due to his body tone, his banana, his hair, his nose, his bandages, his blue and white band and his clothes..:rolleyes: he seems to build his relation with Chopper and Luffy. I wonder how Luffy react if Sogeking's mask gets broken off? I can't wait for a full reunition between Luffy and Usopp.

The look in Robins eyes seems promising.

The Franky Family and the Galley-La are ready to rumble.

Luffy is finally himself again, gone is the Gothic Luffy from chapter 334-364, he rushed in fast, he smiled, he kicked he Marine and government offical's ass, man this was the Luffy we knew from the East Blue, GO LUFFY!

Wow Spandam went crazy as shit when he heard the news on Luffy's raid, I wonder what happens if Luffy bumped into Spandam?

Well I'll update the Enies Lobby later, I need to go to sleep

I think it's still Water 7 arc, the problem started there and spreaded to Enies Lobby and Enies Lobby is the final Water 7 battle site.
