Garp: i was tired of being called monkey. dogs are cooler.
Arlong: weak human's do not deserve cool hats, so I stole this off someone

This is an awesome filler match. I don't know if what Eneru is wearing counts as a hat though. It's more like a bandana or something. and is it just me or is that picture of Chopper really creepy?

ah!! we missed the pinwheel hat! ya that woulda been much better then enel. oh well. too late for that. XD and no, robin shouldn't be in this pole. she occasionally wears a hat, but it's not part of her usual attire. we only need the serious hat wearers. hence why usopp and his awesome hat below isn't in this either. that's a darn fine hat. :P

and ya, satsuki is filling in for us as poll poster today. she wasn't informed to leave the polls open to see who votes. someone will come along and fix it, i'm sure.
