Where can I download episodes 400 plus by Instantz, if they subbed them? What's the last episode they subbed? Will they continue to sub OP in the future? If not, then I'll be forced to switch. What subber can you suggest?

INP is no longer subbing OP due to receiving a C&D notice from Funi. Not counting Movie 10, as far as I know the last episode they subbed was 422. However IIRC they skipped some episodes. You can get some of their episodes from their torrent tracker here:
