Next best thing to do with books, next to actually read them.
My jaw literally dropped.
That's… amazing! The guy who did all these has some talent and creativity. I mean, I would never think about anything like this. Meh, I'm one of those boring people who just read those things and put them on shelves
This thread should be more popular. With all these stunning things.
http://geektyrant.com/news/2011/3/4/featured-geek-artist-coran-kizer-stone-this-art-is-awesome.html
Love how he puts those familiar characters in a new light.
Nearly as good as CCC`s work.

So the new styled forum is up, let`s celebrate it with art on feathers.
WAIT WTF???!!!
Those are… those are wonderful!
But... how did they made them?
There is some amazing stuff in here! How did I miss this thread?
I love this guy, he's a street artist from France called Space Invader =3
http://www.space-invaders.com/
He basically would do tiles of random space invader or other 8-bit characters and place them in random areas.
Also, Banksy is amazing:

Yeah, found again some art with food. Nomnom

Rly cool dragon designs…would have been cool when they used some of them for "how to train a dragon" ^^
Some Interior Design
Andrew Jones, truly a master of modern abstract, and self portraits.
@Don:
Nearly as good as CCC`s work.
http://www.whatsupmovies.com/mark-newmans-aweinspiring-sculptures/
No offense to CCC, but comparing them is useless, as they're two different type of sculpters. To me CCC's sculpts look more like stuff that would go on a cake and lack any texture(which is why I like his stuff), while those look like they're more for actual toy lines, mannequins, etc.
Why the hell haven't I been in this thread before. There is some incredible art here, my goodness. So many of the pieces linked left me staring in wonder, or grinning in absolute delight–and most importantly, took my mind and heart elsewhere, as all good art should.
Thanks for posting so much great exhibits, Don & Co. Excellent stuff.

http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/more-breathtaking-3d-street-art-paintings/
Okay, i dont know if i already posted some of that art in here, but it
s stays breathtaking non the less.
Today iam showing an street artist, who may impress you as much as me.
And also some flash mobs…i have someday to participate in one, thought.
During my time learning to paint, this guy was a big inspiration. I've already posted his sketchbook thread countless times, but he was basically a beginner when he first started, 7 years later he's teaching classes and doing very successful as an artist.
I also love Piano/Violin music, more than anything in the world.
I played this many times on a ping-pong table, but when i see those masterpieces
and what do you do with all the plastic cups after the game you may ask?

Pretty cool find, Flamingo!

I especially like the "green river-killer" art.
Last one reminds me of a dude i knew in high school.
He was once so bored of an exam that he started writing his answers in a spiral..lol.
