Hey I did grow up on TMNT, Thundercats, Reboot, and Beast Wars. But I have to go with pretty much one of all time favorite villians in Mojo Jojo. I mean he a lot of development throughout the entire run of the Powerpuff Girls.

Hmm,I voted Shredder,Cobra Commander only has 3 votes,poor guy.
Also,did Xellos not count as a villain? Since Lina Inverse made it to the heroines I figured he'd make it to the villains. 
Oh man mum-ra. Wait megatron, no make that BW Megs, I mean megabyte. God how can I not give it to shredder, Aku! Saw boss? from wheel warriors? Awesom… Why hello darkstorm, Mojo-jojo! He led the Beat alls. Cobra commander? He was once a man. No Zarkon, they even gave hagger a nod.

Also, Mojo Jojo is beating his nearest competitor by about double, so he's obviously a legitimate fan choice.

OK. This ALMOST swayed my vote. Beatles references are always good. But….. I never really watched much Powerpuff Girls. I watched Invader Zim instead (Why isn't he on here!?) Same with Samurai Jack, while the style is cool, I didn't really get into the series.
I still don't know, kinda tempted to vote for Beast Wars Megatron because I watched that series religiously when I was a kid. Or Megabyte, I'm not sure....

it's a toss-up between Mojo Jojo (seriously, you have to say his full name right) and Aku for me. Aku's clearly the darker villain, and nobody really takes Mojo Jojo seriously other than three kindergarten girls.
but the child in me is a very domineering one and refuses to let me vote against that laughter that haunted me for days on end. Mojo Jojo it is.

Dude, I've just now immersed myself within this series like, two days ago. I've already drawn fanart for it. xD Zim is so awesome and oblivious at the same time. 
Fuck yeah, Mojo is awesome. A really creative villain with strange motivations and an odd relationship with the three protagonists of the show. Only other villain in the show that can probably give him a run for his money is Him.
