I don't think there is one. Looks like no one else cared for the BluRay release of Movie 9. Maybe thora will release it one day.

Just like the weekly episodes it was originally 720p material that has been upscaled so we resize it to save bits. Producer upscales can look a bit better than what your own playback setup does when you go fullscreen but imo the differences are negligible.

Its still the best in my opinion.
