If he did, I along with many others would be pissed off. First off that would be bad for the story, and second of all Hancock isn't even supposed to come to the island in the first place. She even agreed to it herself.

Yeah, i think that it will be revealed much later in the story, but i would say that is one of my predictions i think could come true.

A baby of Luffy and Hancock very likely would be a girl, afterall Hancock is an Amazon. So I keep thinking, if that ever happens, the next generation of the Monkey D. family will be a woman, and, as it is already a tradition in the family, she will become one of the most powerful persons in the world.

That would be awesome! The daughter of the PK, a totally reckless girl (since it also runs in the family), becoming very powerful, and shaking the whole world once again!! That could give an amazing new story after One Piece.

Hmm. Well it's certainly getting enough play from Oda, and given that he's basically said she'll die if it doesn't happen, I suppose it's gotta at some point, I just thought Luffy'd be so busy learning Haki all this time that this time skip may not be the when. (I think–God i hate to say it–there may be more timeskips coming in the future.)

It reminds me of the good old times where i had to wait 3 months! for new material.
That shows new OP-readers, who just know the luxury to have every week a new chapter, how it was in the old days.
I don`t know, we get those chapters every week since the ending of Alabasta (but back then i had no i-net,but at least i know that the end of Skypia were online at the time i found out that i could actually see new chapters on the i-net).

Before that it was always such a thrill to wait that long to see whats going on in the new volumne (nowadays when a new volumne comes out here i take it when i have a good opportunity on that day to do so) and I even went to the city by bike just hoping that the new volumne would be a bit earlier there.(but it was only one time,thought)
I always had such a smile on my face and my mouth was filled with saliva(not literally) when i had a new volumne in my hands…great times.

So getting a bit back that nostalgic times i think isn`t bad at all...sure i would like the new chapter right now,
but actually it gets just more delicious when we finally have it in 2-3 weeks.

Yes, this is true–in one of the earlier AL chapters it specifically says that Amazons leave the island to have children, and that all the children are mysteriously female, yes.

And yes, we are discussing the possibility of the D line continuing through Luffy's offspring. Blame it on Freedom. He's a bad influence.
