wow. information overload. always learning something new. thank you
No problem. Sorry for the information overload. This is just one of the few topics I know quite a bit about so I have to take advantage of it when it comes up.
-
Well, straight guys handle cock everyday but gay guys can go their whole lives never touching a
vaginavajayjay (a friend of mine hates that word so substituted). So, yeah, straight guys are just more gay than gay guys are straight…
If that makes any sense (which it doesn't since I don't believe in such clear distinctions).
LOL "vajayjay?" Reminds me of the whole "vajazzling" phenomenon. (shudder) Curious–Is "penis" as uncomfortable for this person to say, as well? And why say "vagina" if you're gonna say "cock?" Why not "twat," or the like? :wassat:
Anyway, perhaps I can be of assistance. To be technical, I believe the vagina is the bit up inside (And thus unlikely to be touched much on a day to day basis, as it were). The bit outside is the "clitoris," while the surrounding lips are the "labia." You can avoid the word you wish to avoid and be technically accurate at the same time--win/win.
'Course you can always just use the highly scientific terms "boy bits" and "girl bits," thus avoiding the whole thing altogether.
(These are, I admit, what I often use (if it even comes up) when not speaking to my kids' Pediatrician, although of course my kids know the correct terms.)
-
I get incredibly uncomfortable a lot of the time if someone says penis. Especially if it's my brother since he doesn't seem to have a speech regulator.
-
see, to me, as a girl, i think i should be more scared of strait guys hitting on me. some of them are pigs. at least gay guys are nice.
You haven't been hit on by gay guys obviously.
Or girls for that matter. All upstanding people at all times! No such thing as creepy stalkery people unless they're STRAIGHT MEN UGH.

no no. i welcome the information. makes me smarter. I sort of know a few people like this, so it's opening windows to a whole new world for me. It's nice to know where people are coming from.

haven't met any creepy gays to prove me wrong yet. met a lot of creepy straight men though. Sure there's exceptions to everything, but i'm generalizing here.

I play on the WoW server with the biggest glbt population in the world, after a while you find out some gay guys can be just as creepy stalking young men as straight guys can be with women.
On the body part conversation, most people seem to refer to the female genitalia is just "vagina" even though that only refers to the inner part that can't be seen from the outside…guess the only thing worse than saying "vagina" is "vulva" and "clitoris". The question is, are these words uncomfortable for what they are or are they really just badly constructed words from an aesthetic standpoint?
Also...I was a rather gender-confused child. I mostly grew out of it in adulthood though.
-
Vagina is that thing that girls have between their legs that I always seem to want.

Lol…
Sorry but this is pure lulz.
Essentially what Zephos said again.
Broad generalization about sexes is broad.

well this was a fun read
i dont support the gay btw. i think its against nature, and i dont think that having a penis showed up your anal canal is healthy.

They've got some pretty good surgical technology to give you one if you really want. http://ai.eecs.umich.edu/people/conway/TS/SRS.html

1. Many animals display homosexual behavior
2. Not all homosexual men have anal sex, while many heterosexual couples do, and for lesbians that's kind of a non-issue. -

I agree, but you said "it goes against nature". Just pointing out it's not the case. It does go against the morals of many, but that's a different debate.

darn im never able to do this quote thing correctly, anyways it might not go against the nature of some animals.. but if you look to the olden times before us, say by 100000 years where it was all through nature, im quite sure if my info is correct that gay was not there. ive also heard "NOT SURE ABOUT THIS" that this phenomina started due to the increase of chemicals that the body has to deal with, which is increasing in a day to day basis forming many sorts of malforminties. new cancers arrived because of them. also neurological errors which as passed down led to the same sex interactions in humans

Uhh you know this, how? Where you there? We do not have any historical records going back that far. We do have homosexual couples being depicted as early as Mesopotamia 3000 BC. This is an impossible thing to debate as there is simply no way to know. It's also pointless.
I was going to respond to the other crap but I realize it's obvious trolling - and bull*#@!
Dude, it's fine if you "don't support GLBT". Just get your facts straight.
-
My bad.
Hadn't read your occupation.
:V

can we please stick to the subject, i already made a fool of myself here.

Considering the original topic is asking whether there are other GLBT members on the forum and if being gay and liking manga is weird, I can't say what the last truly relevant post was.

I thought this thread was about bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwiches?

First off, thanks for pointing out vajazzling. That was some great schmuck bait the images of which I will never be able to forget no matter how long I try.
I actually wondered for a while when I posted this over which words I should use. In real life I actually do generally use 'cock' and 'vagina' (except more formal situations where I might substitute in penis). Why not use 'twat' or 'cunt' or whatever you ask? Considering it earlier I decided it was because I just don't like female genitalia all that much, consequently I'm okay using such an ugly word for it. On the other hand I do like cock quite a bit so I use the cuter more colloquial word for it. I've slept with both men and women but female genitalia just isn't that interesting to me (an interesting person attached to them can easily make up for this preference though).
As for my friend, we have spent long stretches of time saying literally nothing but 'penis' over and over again (it's a game) so she must be somewhat okay with it as a word. Personally, I dislike 'vajayjay' as a word but I use it to avoid incurring her wrath.
Anyway, perhaps I can be of assistance. To be technical, I believe the vagina is the bit up inside (And thus unlikely to be touched much on a day to day basis, as it were). The bit outside is the "clitoris," while the surrounding lips are the "labia." You can avoid the word you wish to avoid and be technically accurate at the same time–win/win.
I suppose it does (at least according to wikipedia). I had remembered vagina including all of the structures of the vulva as well. Of course vulva is just as horrific a word (I guess labia and clitoris are fine though). Either way, I don't consider this as a mistake as I wasn't specific (a rare occurrence, usually others tell me I'm too specific when talking about sex) and the comment doesn't rely on what part of a woman's genitals a straight man wants to touch, he's going to have hands on cock more often regardless (unless he has a large harem and a strong bladder).
'Course you can always just use the highly scientific terms "boy bits" and "girl bits," thus avoiding the whole thing altogether.
(These are, I admit, what I often use (if it even comes up) when not speaking to my kids' Pediatrician, although of course my kids know the correct terms.)
True, but I am happy with the words I use. It's other people who want me to change. I'll reevaluate my choice again if/when I ever end up in a relationship with a woman or get a set of 'girly parts' of my own.
-
@bartholemew:

It's not against nature think about it, your heterosexual you get 'turned on' by female body parts thats natural you cant help it you dident choose not to or be too, people who are gay or bi get 'turned on' by the same gender body parts thats natural and they dident choose.
My personal view is life is to short to hate, grudge or hurt other people in anyway, why would you, isnt that considered not natural?
-
haven't met any creepy gays to prove me wrong yet. met a lot of creepy straight men though. Sure there's exceptions to everything, but i'm generalizing here.
You're a straight woman you moron, of course you haven't experienced creepy flirtation/behavior from gay men and straight women.
Do as taboo says, see what happens.
-
I'm curious now, is there something specific about bi women that makes gay men upset?
-
I smell a troll.
A terrible one at that.
Go to sleep kid.
Unfortunately he's serious. A majority of muslims have that kind of discourse. And to be honest I don't understand where the hate is coming from. Yeah of course gay sex is a sin, just like extramarital sex or alcohol drinking, and I don't see people hating on these sinners, so why the hate?
-
People fear what they don't understand, and fear turns into hate. It's the same deep-rooted phenomenon that causes people to hate other races, even the opposite gender.
ps - I know someone is probably going to quote Yoda because of this so I will just do it.
"Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering."
-
Yeah of course gay sex is a sin, just like extramarital sex or alcohol drinking, and I don't see people hating on these sinners, so why the hate?
Because people do not form their beliefs from their religion. Instead they tend to want to mold their beliefs around the religion. A lot of people like to hate on what's different. That's why the Bible had been used to justify slavery and discrimination against women in the past.
It's common sense. Homophobia isn't a religious belief, it's just people hiding their prejudices behind religion. I'm really sick of it. We can't really be falling for this again. I am not. I will question anybody who says they're against homosexuality because of their religion.
-
yoda was a wise man…er ah, alien

I could find many things that people do today that was discouraged in OT writings, but they will say "we're not required to follow those laws anymore", but when it comes to something they're particularly uncomfortable about, then it's obviously a very important command that shouldn't be ignored.
-

something about all bisexuals being indecisive cheating whores
