Beautiful DP sig. Just saying. I agree with you on that. I was looking for it sometime in the winter. I'm turned off by the puzzle based gameplay but the story is interesting and I've never been able to say no to Atlus. I am so getting this.

I don't care for puzzle games either, in fact I've never played one before. But I decided I was going to be with Catherine in the long haul even before we got 100% confirmation on what the game play was like. And even if it was, I probably still would have been all for it. The games style is what got my attention, so even if the gameplay isn't my cup of tea let at least hope the story is good.
Also, this seems to be the day of release dates. Catherine for July (supposedly), and Alice: Madness Returns and Shadows of the DAMNED for June.

Many were hoping for Steven Blum due to Vincent's Japanese voice actor, but I for one am glad. I love Blum, but he's too damn recognisable.

Went ahead and reserved my copy of Catherine and also Michelle Ruff is voicing Katherine in the game.

But I'm curious, can they really make a sequel? I haven't played the game or have had it spoiled, but it doesn't seem like the characters and story could continue. Guess if they did make a second it'll be new characters, except one or more will be named Catherine? Or again, maybe the game does open itself up for future outgoings, but again I don't want to spoil anything for myself.

It could be as much of a series as Persona, really. The whole subject matter of Monogamy and Relationships can be bent really easily for new characters, plenty of character content that can cross over (whether it be allusions or directly the same character), and etc.

Yeah, I'm definitely not getting it, as the shirt won't even fit me. (I wouldn't wear the boxers, but definitely would the shirt) Only way I can see me getting it is if Amazon somehow drops it close to $60 before release… doubtful.

No Japanese audio option for the domestic release, strictly the dub cast (I hear the weeaboo cries already). Also the difficulty will be indentical to the Japanese release post-patch. English demo hits this week and it'll be identical to the Japanese demo.

Ugh, I've seen so many bozos complaining about the lack of dual audio for Overclocked, despite the fact that the dev team could apparently barely even fit one voice track on the cartridge, let alone two.
Not that it matters as IGN reviews are worthless, but they gave it a 9/10.

Why don't they just start a petition asking Atlus to make a PSVita version that'll have the option I mean yea the petition wouldn't accomplish anything but at least it would keep them preoccupied.

Since i absolutely love Laura Bailey im contemplating on whether i should get it or rent.
I dont think its worth the buy, but honestly i dont really want to purchase games anymore.

Catherine has just been confirmed for a European release. Atlus left a tweet stating Catherine was getting her "passport" and a European rating has popped up (16+ btw) along with a publisher.
And all is right again.
I heard this game was a test to see how well the Megaten games will do on an HD console. (I hope this goes well, because if this is true I would love to see a Persona 5!)
Ordered the deluxe edition yesterday, it's one of the few games I'm really excited for this year.
