I'm navigating the binary equivalent of landfills overflowing with fecal matter (aka 2ch) and I need some help.

I'm trying to view some very old threads because I found out they have some BADASS info.

Some of the more recent threads I found an exploitation to view them, but it doesn't work on all of them. I read on the link that I'd need a 2ch Viewer or some shit to read the old threads.

Help me out here folks. I refuse to just trust some software they put up on the site so for those who frequent the place, what would you suggest?

In order to have complete access to 2ch logs, you have to sign up with a ● (2ch viewer) account.
I think you can get it using the Moritapo points system as well, but I don't mess with that point system nonsense.

2ch viewer account costs money though, $33 USD a year.

I don't mind the cost, since not only does 2ch viewer account gives me access to view all past logs of 2ch, but it also bypasses any IP restrictions upon posting. 2ch doesn't allow non-jp address to post on it by default, but 2ch viewer account bypass this restriction. Hence I'm able to post on 2ch without the use of a Japanese proxy.

And yes, 2ch is chock full of useful info.
Majority of 2ch threads are actually constructive threads believe it or not.
They just aren't as popular. I mean, if you go to say… an all-purpose headphone thread, you'll see people discussing earbuds and headphones in peace.
It's just the highly populated threads in anime & shounen manga boards, as well as newsflash boards have terrible infamy due to /b/ like random flaming, spamming, trolling, racism, and all sorts of junk.

Unfortunately One Piece threads tends to be spammed by immature posts, especially it being a shounen manga and average reader/poster of shounen boards are little children.

Aside from that particular part, I'm pretty sure I've seen a post or two in spoiler/art threads where someone will reference you as the Japanese guy on AP. Not often, but just the name Aohige coming up and people asking who that is.

That's actually been said? That's pretty funny, especially considering the time when Battle Franky managed to snatch up the spoiler pictures before they were taken down at the end of Amazon Lily, and 2ch guests flooded the spoiler thread to see them, temporarily taking the site down.

not sure. but i think it does now. atleast i tired with 3 different ISPs and worked for me.

I just don't feel like paying $33 to view old threads that should be viewable for free.
