I always thought his somewhat lanky and odd appearance made him look like a puppet master. And this was before they even showed that thing he did at the Shichibukai summon with the WG.

I bet that's what his power is, some sort of puppet fruit.

I don't think it's that easy, did you see his amazing jumping ability when Oars tried to hit him? I'm sure he's got good reflexes too enough to sidestep a bullet.

TC, it sounds like you've got a rumble in the schoolyard with him at 3pm tomorrow, from the way you've phrased your question.

My advice would be to block his chakra strings with a haki-imbued sword and decapitate when you get close enough. Or if you're unsure of yourself just hand over your lunch money and walk away with your tail between your legs.
