"Rubberman?" Dragon inquired. "You must mean my son."

"Oh?" Enel turned attentively. "They say the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree, so I am to assume that you'll provide me some amusement."

Enel cackled as electricity channeled throughout his body.

"Lightning?" Dragon smirked. "How amusing. What's lightning without a storm?"

The two men rushed at each other, their powers in full effect.

Dragon is cool and everything. But to me he's the One Piece equivalent of a far off asteroid waiting to collide with earth and blow our minds (and planet up). Until then, he's a name with a face. That's all to me at least. I'll be shocked if we even see him do something substantial before the NEXT tournament.

Enel on the other hand is just great. He is unique in his own way in that he's a character with godlike powers among other characters with godlike powers who has just so happened to have been driven completely mad by his devil fruit gift (unlike the other users).
