I've heard that breaking open crates/chests and luring him over to food items to fill up his superbar will make him more likely to use it… but I've heard it's taken several tries for a lot of people.

Hey i just unlocked him just live through his speacil and then finish him wiht yours
Make sure both of you use level 2 speacil and if that doesn't work beat all of the difficulties with zoro on event mode -
He'll do it more often when he's lower on health. And it can be spread out over two fights, as in he beats you with his special and you die, you continue, and then finish him with your's. That's how I did it: beat him to almost dying first round, died from his special, then did it normally second game, ending with Zoro's special via the gem.

Shouldn't this be in the OP General section?
-
I agree… but since Media is about video games as well... I don't see any problem
-
How do you guys get hold of these games? Import them from Japan?
And how do you understand them?
-
when you play the game, you'll understand it ,HAHAHA ,you never play OP games before?
and there are FAQS,hint and stuff in many sites
-
No, is there a problem with that? Am I breaking any rules?
-
I don't think asking questions are breaking any rules here….

We import these games from websites such as play-asia.com. To undersatnd them…. usually, for people like me it's trial and error, but there's also a lot of FAQs and stuff to help you along (if you have friends that know kana it helps). I'll also post a topic on GameFAQs if I need help with something.
Me, I'll only import games that aren't heavily text reliant (fighting games), the only exception I might make is NamcoxCapcom (which appears to create a cold day in hell if it comes to the US).
