Dials found in Clima so far:
Thunder DialJust pointing out sth. Don't know if the others have mentioned it though. Anyway what makes you think that a thunder dial is found in the clima tact, or if the dial exist in the first place? I remember Nami needs to create a cloud , then shoots an electric ball at it, the way it was done in alabasta. The improvement is that a larger cloud can be made in a shorter time, thus strengthening the thunder attack.
If a thunder dial is really found in the clima tact, then there is no need to make a cloud.

Yeah, excellent diagrams, though... when I open them, first they're showing their entire pages filling almost the total window, but then the size shrinks. Almost impossible to read certain names and situation when it does, anyone got suggestions?
