what's pointless is your reply, perhaps unlike you there are alot who actually prefer fansubs over funimation's online streams…
plus if fansubs would be unneeded as you seem to imply by calling this thread pointless because funi streams it... than what's the point of yibi's subbing? they use the exact same terms as funi does which makes there fansub alot more pointless than that of this group...
i watched it and have the following remarks:
- in the opening silhouette is spelled wrong
- the whole gold roger/strawhats intro is missing a word around where luffy's gomu gomu fruit is mentioned
- the font for the announcer is horrible color wise and not that good to read either...
- the use of Shin Sekai , instead of The New World
- the preview of 461 labels whitebeards men as 14 captains.... they are commanders... not captains..
- the translations seems like it was ripped off from funimation's stream and simply edited to your liking.. the wording of the sentences is almost exactly the same...
