Buggy the Clown at Children's Birthday Parties?

Has anyone here ever stopped to think that someone somewhere would get the crazy ass idea of cosplaying as Buggy the Clown and performing tricks at children's birthday parties?

I got this notion after walking through my neighborhood today and seeing a 6 year old having a birthday party with all his other friends and they were watching this clown named Boggles doing juggling. Needless to say, the clown was boring but the kids seemed to enjoy him and I guess that's all that matters.
