Who should I cosplay?

Ug…I am a plan-a-holic! I've been having trouble deciding my cosplay for next year's One Piece photoshoot I need your opinion(s)/help! I'd really like if you guys could give me suggestions for cosplaying? ^^'

Overall, I'm rather short (5'3), flatter, though I have a thinner upper half I have large hips and such. I can safely say look bad in skirts…Usually my face looks rather feminine (During the day haha)

I was Iceburg (young) last year, so have no problems working with males. I do prefer working with lesser cosplayed characters.

Funny thing with kaku, I'd been suggested him last year….hm....Sabo could be fun! Though with Sabo...is there a colour scheme so far for him?
