For the benefit of people who don't know the reason for this excessive spam…
Alright people, buckle up!! I know the last couple of games have been a bit… long and borish (mostly due to inactivity) that is exactly why the game I am planning has been carefully thought over to avoid just that! Inactivity won't be a problem in this game (you will see soon why). I also think one of the main reasons the games didn't go well was because town wasn't given enough to go by!! Scum hunting based on just posts is hard; and limitations like not being able to claim your powers etc make things even harder. Thats why I have gone the exact opposite route, give everyone really good powers!! The game should be short, but exciting!! I have also gone to great lengths to think up stuff that will keep people from being inactive in the first place, and even if they do, won't harm the game.
Those of you who have took part in my mini game a while ago... or lurked in it, or read it, or heard about it... should already know I have been planning a major team based game; well this is it!!
Welcome to Mafia X: …Divided we stand!!As already mentioned, the game will take part in an external forum; you will be given the option of selecting your OP character (or alias) and will be referred to by that through out the game. This will make the game more OP-based and also encourage role playing so choose your character carefully.
Having the game in an external forum would mean some new powers and more control and organization. Having one gigantic thread is always hard to reread, which is one more reason people loose interest! THEY DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!
So, there you have it!! More details will be unveiled when the game officially starts, any questions, fire away!!

Since kmo so infrequently cleans out his inbox, any questions that you might want to ask before the game but don't revealed to anyone will be answered significantly more swiftly if directed towards me.
Also, role-playing will be heavily encouraged. So once you have signed up on this thread, please pm me with a list of 3-5 preferred characters. They will be given out first come first serve, so the quicker you sign up, the more likely you will get the one you want. Of course, if you would like to spin the wheel of randomness, feel free to leave the decision up to us, but we still want you to try your hand at role-playing.
By the way, just a friendly reminder… if we don't get a character request by the 25th, one will be randomly assigned to you. Probably not an issue with most of you... but that is whats going to happen.
Secondly, please don't reveal your character here, this is very important. You will be known (and referred to) as your OP character during the game. Not revealing your real identity will enable the game to run more smoothly (without prejudice).

I think it'd be better to start a new thread, though. This one is just too big; it'd be horrendous if we wanted to find something from a past game. I guess whoever's starting the game after kmo's could make the new thread? Since kmo's is on another forum. Or really, whoever is willing to make the new one.

The plan is to wait for Mafia XI to start which is in all probability hosted by Harvady (I don't remember the whole list… but I think it was Harvady, Holy, KI, Shuhan, Me...) Anyway, no point in starting in the middle of this games registration.
