It is more likely he simply was kick around and forced to dress like that… as they tried to do in this chapter.
Same as Franky's... The child was missing and no marines where inside or outside of the lab.

Judging from this, it really won't take the SHs long at all to get back to SA, speaking strictly in terms of traveling. And since a few of them are already on the way back, we can reasonably expect that the others won't be too far behind.
Peach Island, the home of Kamabakka Kingdom is in the Grand Line. No need for coating, and going through Fishman Island.
Which brings me to another note… with Croc, Buggy, and all the Supernovas now all headed to the New World. And Fishman Island being the only way to get there. It could turn out interesting when Luffy and crew finally arrive.

I agree, especially since Rayleigh's plan was premeditated. I just figure whatever it was wouldn't 1.) go against the doctors orders, 2.) put Luffy in harms way, and 3.) require much travel since most locations are too far away to make the headlines in only a week.

Vivi? What the hell. Thought we'd seen the last of her. At first I yay'd when I saw the chapter was out early, then I cheered with all my soul when Sanji was returned to normal, then I cringed as I realised that the news won't be revealed yet. It is going to be the longest week of my life.
People have been saying that Bon Kurei is masquerading as Luffy, which is why Vivi commented on his style, any comments on this?

Well, considering Vivi said "well, it isn't stylish," she could be referring to a wedding or Luffy's suit or something.
Robin said it was funny, which is in character. So is Sanji being shocked.Add on the fact that just a couple chapters ago, Boa asked Nyon how to propose to Luffy, and it seems a lot more likely.
It's a hell of a lot more likely than Robo Gorilla's idea of "MAYBE IT WAS HIS HAT GUYS HATS ARE STYLISH RIGHT ITS HIS HAT YEAH HIS HAT."
If Vivi hadn't mentioned the word "stylish," I probably would have just gone with Luffy and Rayleigh fucking shit up.

Considering how much the Anime fillers were right about everything else, it's very likely that Carol did indeed effect Sanji some how and it just stopped working. Just because he/she doesn't show up in this chapter proves nothing. Oda probably just didn't have to time to throw in another storyline with all that was going on. Knowing him he'd want you to solely focus on Luffy. Although, I'm sure we'll see Carol mentioned or shown in a later chapter wrapping up Sanji's storyline. Also, note, he said I'm not wearing that again. Meaning it's been done before.
As for Franky's… It was clear that he'd returned back from the lab at least once, and talked to the child's father. Who then explained to him that he shouldn't go back there. The logical explanation is that he ran away from whatever security measures the first time. Returned later, and the marines were already there because he'd let off an alarm last time.

According to One Piece Wiki, Luffy is 17 and Hancock is 29, and also, Luffy getting married, do you actually think that would happen? Maybe Rayliegh's plan was for Luffy to do some other outragous thing to get the marines off of Shabondy and so that the others would be able to get their safe, and being good crewmates they would go help Luffy. The only question is, what exactly did Luffy do?

You can't ignore the Sanji story when all the other anime stories have proved to be correct. Sanji's one of my top characters as well, but I'm not going to say he never became an Okama just because I didn't want to see it.
Oda once omitted Shiki's name in the conversation with Shanks and Whitebeard because he didn't want to overload the reader. Him not drawing Carol as a complete background character is extremely likely.
